A guy at the World AIDS Conference in Vienna reported that the US rate of infant cutting dropped from 56% in 2006 down to 43% in 2009.

Not sure I believe it, but it would be awesome news.

Infant circumcision is one hell of an embarrassing human rights violation. Our kids and grandkids will say WTF, just like we do today about male-only voting rights, whites-only lunch counters, and (soon) straights-only marriage.

@TLCTugger The circumcision rate has been steadily going down is the U.S. That's great news, but I wish I could have kept my 'skin! By the way, I love the Tugger.
