Che is one of the heroic leaders of the cuban revolution. He liberated Cuba with Fidel Castro. He was a doctor before. After the cuban revolution he went to Congo, liberating the people from capitalsit-imperialist colonialism. But this expedition failed. Then Che fought in the liberation of Bolivia. Here he was wounded, captured and executed. His execution was the order of the CIA. He fought in his whole life for the freedom of all people.
Today fascist people lies everything about him.

In a passage from his famous "Motorcycle Diaries," he quotes himself as saying, "My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood." At the same time, he wrote a letter to his father describing his newfound hobby, "I'd like to confess, Papa, at that moment I discovered that I really like killing."
Most people don't really know much about Che, despite putting posters up of him on their walls because it is fashionable.
It's very sad.

I like Benicio but as a Cuban I'm deeply sadened by this historical in-accuracy and obvious Hollywood Left Leaning Re-articulation of Che.
"If the nuclear missiles had remained we would have used them against the very heart of America, including New York City," Che Guevara confided to the London Daily Worker in November 1962
I therefore hope this movie does well in New York :)

Matador. disculpa lamulatona06, me parece que desafortunadamente como siempre sucede con la mayoria de la población que es mal informada y no conoce a fondo la situacion. Es cierto que se han cometido herrores en cuba sin embargo es una nación libre. Todo mundo sabe que si hubiera seguido la cia en cuba en la actualidad no seria mas que otra conquista del pais mas cruel y rico del mundo. En donde ningun cubano gozaria de lo que tiene hoy. Seria un esclavo literalmente.

No "real" Cuban admires Che (I am Cuban) -- We are forced to "love him" in our schools and Americans love him because they are taught to hate freedom in Jr. Colleges.
I notice in this movie they failed to mention the degrees by which he murdered, tortured, raped, and executed on "the Wall" -- Google: "Humberto Fontova Che" many as young as 15yrs of age.
Che said, "Always interrogate your prisoners at night...a man's resistance is always lower at night."
