@dringdringhello Actually because of the pressure on the coal the diamond is compressed on the inside of coal, coal is a fossil fuel and so it can not be created from any other material besides fossils but diamonds do take millions of years to make and only stay together if there is enough heat to bond them that is why they are so rare.

Christmas is the day kids really look forward to - hope and expectation of nice things. I got coal..and round it a note you are a bad girl. I felt shamed infront of my family and by my parents. Christmas the time to feel loved and cherished ..sorry if this seems ott - I know its also traditional to leave coal from Santa and this did not have the bad message to go with it..so perhaps these kids took it lighltly and they were at least all in it together..
