These are disaster resistant structures if you want to learn about them go to MDIdomeDC they have many examples of people doing this. They are perfect for all utilities paid since they are ultra efficient they are truly space age. These domes survived f4 tornad hurricanes are a joke to these things. They have a yr waiting list even with this bad economy bc they are low income indestructable
Yearbooks can be so funny to look back on. I don't know if I have my yearbooks from elementary school anymore. But, I do still have some pictures from my grade one and grade three years. In one picture in grade two, I didn't brush my hair in the morning, so my hair looked all over the place. :P
I moved to Vancouver a few years ago from Regina and I ended up renting out my Regina downtown condo - our renter is moving out this month and I'm wondering what the real estate market is like in Regina now? Do you think it's better than it was a few years ago? I'm thinking of listing it next week - hoping for a quick sale :D (great vlog btw)
@salemsaunders - the real estate market it still very tight in Regina because of all the Co-op refinery workers here over the summer. In fact my mom's 350sq. ft. bachelor condo changed tenants a few days ago and the rent increased from $750/month to $790 with no sweat.
As will all rental property, it's always best to charge high and slowly bring down the asking price until it's occupied than charge too little and fill it within a few hours ;)
