to get to the sniper rifle, press down and right on the d-pad. then its either L3 or R3 to look through the scope. same for the binoculars.

B. The binoculars reveal your position; Use communication and if the sniper doesn't understand, THEN use binoculars.

C. Relocate quickly after firing.

Guys i just got warhawk and i took it to my buddies house to play it, it got updated with a patch that was 140 mb after it loaded and installed it froze the ps3 and it kept doing it .. please can anyone help? the disk is in mint shape and the game says loading for about 2-3 secs and the screen goes black i tried waiting 10 mins but it still didnt work
