Superman had maybe the best music John Williams is great, but much of the plot contradicted the comic books. The phantom Zone looks like a sheet of glass. Sphere with spikes insteads of a spase ship. How did Clark keep his identity a secret when he was running along keeping up with a train. This is my least favorite version of Lois Lane her personality was so annoying what did he ever see in her? Think Lois and Clark with Terry Hatcher had best personality of the Lois's I can remember.

Very surprised neither of you had Spider-Man on your list! I did a top 10 superhero film list on my channel a while back, my number one was Spider-Man 2 and Dark Knight was a very close second, but I think Dark Knight works better as a film. Spider-Man 2 just screamed great superhero film.

Didn't really like X-Men: First Class. Story wasn't that good (ppl switched sides way too easily and way too often). January Jones was terrible espcially that speech she gave in that window interrogation scene. Special effects was not consistent. The tornado effects and beast's costume particularly. Fassbender was great tho!

1. Iron Man - It broke new grounds for superhero movies and RDJ was just the perfect Tony Stark.

2. The Dark Knight - It's a great film because it was dark and gritty just like Batman should be.

3. Spider-Man 2 - It has emotional depth and it has some of the best action sequences I've ever seen, not to mention it has the coolest villain.

People forget that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is based off of a comic from the early/mid 1980s. That comic is actually dark and gritty, the animated series is way more water down and is for kids. But that first Turtles film is my favorite of all the turtles films. Now that I am older I appreciate it more for its darker, grittier tone.
