There is no need to call the police once paypal gets enough complaints they will file any charges against her. Lastly someone said when you give money in the bucket of the Salvation Army we dont ask where that money went, but they are wrong. The Salvation Army is a non-profit and what they do with the money is PUBLIC record. You can ask for a yearly report from them to see how they spent the money they took in. @GMDOCNICE and i didn't report her to law enforcement...i filed a fraud complaint through paypal by reporting the paypal address she set up. the paypal rep working on my claim said that if my claims add up she will be required to return the funds, now i don't know if paypal will get the law involved if she's found guilty. i have a conformation number as well as emails to back my claims. i just find it hard to believe that if u donated, u wouldn't be curious about what's going on

I was shocked at her response to Watchman! She was rude arrogant & hostile yet he was nothing but kind to her. There is no need to call the police once paypal gets enough complaints they will file any charges against her. Lastly someone said when you give money in the bucket of the Salvation Army we dont ask where that money went, but they are wrong. The Salvation Army is a non-profit and what they do with the money is PUBLIC record. You can ask for a yearly report from them to see how they spent the money they took in. People have the right to know how their money was used. Rosa is a FRAUD

fifth, you dont have to pay for a bond hearing, there is no such thing. When the person is scheduled before the judge the "bond" or what we know it as "bail" is set. She needed the money to post his bail. I have two very close friends who work for the courts where her son "Clifford" is being held. I know what is going on she is a damn liar from the pit of hell. Rosa has left a long paper trail and all you need to do is file your complaint with paypal. They will do the rest.

First of all, you can file a fraud complaint with paypal and get your money back. I just got my money back today. Second, if she was telling the truth she would have left the videos up. Third, she said she could not comment on an open case, the fact that she made the video is her commenting on the case. Fourth she said she knows the law, clearly she doesn't because no one will go to court without a lawyer, the court will always appoint one.

@GMDOCNICE and i didn't report her to law enforcement...i filed a fraud complaint through paypal by reporting the paypal address she set up. the paypal rep working on my claim said that if my claims add up she will be required to return the funds, now i don't know if paypal will get the law involved if she's found guilty. i have a conformation number as well as emails to back my claims. i just find it hard to believe that if u donated, u wouldn't be curious about what's going on

Rosa wasn't a homeless person on the street asking for generosity, she came to the Christian brethren to appeal for help on attaining legal counsel for her son. Rosa gave a SPECIFIC reason and a SPECIFIC amount.
By Rosa's own mouth; she confessed that THE SPECIFIC AMOUNT was NOT met? Now, if you have any degree of discernment you would ask what was done with the money since it DIDN'T meet the threshold.

This is what these religious people do. The truth is that they are just doing the same things they have learned from their Pastors/Elders/Bishops/Reverends. I.E. To cause people to think they are supposed to give money without requiring anything from the receiver of the funds. This happens every week in "churches" across the world.
