ok so i have been watching this painting of yours (amazing by the way) and i am hooked on this. i hope you dont mind but i think i am gonna practice painting by copying yours. :) i am a very good dry media drawer, but am not so good at painting, so, because i love this painting so much, i thought id give it a go! and if it turns out ok, ill send u the pic of it. any tips for colors or blending, materials ect.... id love to hear what you have to say. Yeah LaRocca is one of my fav bands EVER!!! Next to Travis and Jacks Mannequin. Pink used to be pretty "pop" type singer when Brit and others came out, but her last album had some really nice original stuff on it...

I dunno... good memories. I grew up abroad and we used to stop through Japan a lot on our way back to the States. It made me remember this dinner we had with this somber old man who was retiring in this really nice restaurant that had a drum bridge over a pond filled with koi... I was pretty young then.

But I'm running out of space. Anyhow, great stuff!

it is challenging, but this is just the underpainting, I doubt I will do this with the detail part...
