Complete nonsense. It's simple to demonstrate looking at the relative power of a cellphone and a microwave. Four or five cellphones does not even get within two orders of magnitude of the power you need, and is completely undirected.

It doesn't and cannot work. It is about as realistic as popping corn with a wireless router, or believing that perpetual motion is possible.
