You can take a black eyeliner and color from your eyelashes to your eyebrows and use the same eyeliner to fill in your lips. Just because it's one product and quick doesn't mean it's wearable. I think maybe you meant it's quiet a few products for a natural look and used the word 'wearable' out of context.
