I found this at the video store just wandering around looking for something 'different'. This was surely it! You think it's just another movie about some kid who's defying odds who has a soldier family member overseas and then the ending just shocks the hell out of you and out come the tears! I'd watch this again and again and again. Even if it meant I had to invest in a large pack of tissues each time. Beautiful film!

I just watch this movie.....and well this movie just became #1 on my list...I can honestly say I'm the one that plays the tough guy in my family and I'm who holds back and doesn't cry...This movie has a great message and well...this movie made me cry for the first time since i was a kid....5 stars in my book....i have a brother in the marines...this just makes me love and miss him that much more.....SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL OUR HEROS

You are really lucky :-)! I still have to be patient, and wait until LIFTED will be finally out on DVD. But: Good things are worth the wait! And ever since i first saw the teaser trailer (so long ago already!), I knew that LIFTED is special. Plus I *love* the song "I Miss You"!

The movie had quite a successful red carpet premiere some two months ago, in collaboration with Jaylen Arnold's anti-bullying foundation "Jaylen's Challenge", and of course with Uriah and Dash Mihok present.

I saw a very short video snippet on YouTube, of Uriah recording the song in the studio - he did great. But of course, being there and see him sing live is a wayyy different deal!

Thanks for trying to help me out here! But I live in Germany, and Netflix does not broadcast here. Anyways, I will buy the movie on DVD as soon as it will be available in my country, or order it directly in America, if LIFTED will not be distributed on the European / German market.
