that looked like a split-tail or pikeminnow. They are the absolute best life bait for stripers in the sacramento river during its season.

that was a nice little video... the little fish you guys didnt know was a split tail (really good for large stripers, on tuesday morning a guy caught a 47# striper on split tail in suisuns grizzley island.
