You do realise you missed the bit in entry #11 where you actually see slenderman. It isn't that shadow at the end, everyone thinks Jay is referring to that. But he isn't, if you look carefully to the window on the right side of the door Alex walks towards and looks out of, you can very clearly see Slendy's arm, part of his body and part of his head. It freaked me out, because I'm one of 2 people I know who have actually noticed him, look carefully he's there....
