Great chorus - very Lynne-esque. Could do with a re-working though, especially the naff sounding lacklustre drum programming, Jeff always uses a heavy room reverb to make drums sound massive. Nice song.
jeff or rather Bev would play the drums in a hard room (tiled),then in the soft sound of the studio then mix the 2 as an overdub,worked well on OOTB.not an easy job for bev though,timing had to be exact.
Did you record the music with yourself plus a band? First class all the way! 5* job dude!

That sounded eerily like ELO. The lyrics are somewhat reminiscent of "Night in the City" from their "Out of the Blue" album.
