  • Nice vid sweetie! I can only hope I'll be able to do some of those moves! I'm still recovering from severe tendinitis in my right shoulder! not pole related. I did get on the pole after 4 weeks but still can't lift myself to well with my shoulder and can't afford to do any further damage...so mostly floor right now. TY for posting your vids!!!

  • thank you and (hugs) i empathize w/ your shoulder, i know i push when i should not..so hard to be patient, but you are doing the right thing for sure, work on floor and just movin around the pole and stretching, and you'll be good and limber when ur shoulder is ready. we all can use help with that aspect of things anyhow, the dance, floorwork, etc. :) good luck! thanks for watchin!

  • hi hun, great video i really hope you heal quickly, the superman is one i'm having a great deal of trouble with at the moment i have fallen out with my pole a few times lol you really do make it look so simple (jealous) lol you looked great hun cant believe you managed to do all that with an injury! p.s loved ur boots xx

  • thanks sweetie, trust me the superman will get easier over time 4 u...TRUST ME, never thought i'd get that or that stinkin shoulder mount, now thats easy to..you can do ANYTHING! yeah iam injured, now i gotto sit out a bit WAHHHHHH iam not likin it:( u r awesome thanks for watchin hun!

  • hope your ok and everything is feeling better :) good vid tho hunni x

  • Love how you got into that first superman. Got to try that!! Superman is my problem move at the moment - lol just can't get my leg over that pole! xx

  • the superman was one of those moves that were my nemisis, i never thought i'd ever get it, and now its so easy and u'll be suprised how that'll happen 4 u to, its gettin comfortable with the turnin motion. i learned it from the floor first, w/o bein on the pole, if u need help on that lemme know!!!

  • i meant on as bein up on the pole, in a combo or high up..of course i was 'ON' the pole. lol...it will be only a short while of practicing it b4 u nail it, iam sure.

  • Wow hun thats one fabulous vid loved the song chose some really fab moves in there.Look after that arm of yours it so hard not to go on the pole i still have a massive lump on my foot but try so avoid using it,which is hard to say it the foot i use in just a basic invert lol.

Anyway look after that arm of your injuries are such a pain arnt they:)

  • i hate injuries they suck:( i feel like an old lady when my muscles ache not to mention the injury thingy. i hope ur foot is feelin much much better. i know u know how hard it is to stay away!!! i have the same troubles:( i hope the lump goes down and u r in full recovery mode. ur last vid was a knock out, despite ur foot so u r back baby!

  • Ah, the boots... ;-)

    Thank you!

Always love the move at 5:10. Good choice on the music by the way.

And about your arm, take a break and give it a rest. Otherwise you might end with an even worse situation... I speak from my own experience.

  • u wanted them :) thank you! i know its so hard, maybe tomorrow..i do feel alot better thankfully and normally i'd push and go for today but iam skippin and see what tomorrow brings instead. u r wise. xoxo

  • Wow, I can't remember the last time my wife yelled, "Oh my god, did you see that!"

  • lol....thats cool, thanks, give her my luv xoxo

  • Great song choice! You're doing great! I want no more negativity!! Be proud of all you can do.

  • thank you honey. please feel free to slap me at any time, cause i know i can be total gloom and doom about myself & could use it...i will personally try tho!! xoxo

  • thanks sweetness!

  • I agree with redke71 on the 6:56, dont feel bad about a break, i always feel like superwoman when i'm back, after a 3 day break :)

  • thanks idk but that one just came to me..the shelly spin, lol. well i hope i feel like superwoman after a break...i hate to do it but i got no choice. thanks hun i hope u r well

  • Can't dance? WHA...?!! Oh hell no - you CAN dance! I just saw it with my own two eyes!

  • love the fan legs with the shoulder mount at 6:56. take a few days off and get to feeling better..

  • thanks girl, yeah i made that up, well thus far i haven't seen it so i think i did, lol. was lookin for a new take on that one. thanks again, as i am payin the price this morning, i can't help myself, but right now i got no choice, hopefully a few days my hubby is like stay off a week or two iam like HUH? LOL. of course it has to be the original side i hurt in the beginning before it strengthened up and that was a b&ch for awhile:( xoxo

  • Now you know, after this video, you're not allowed to say again that you don't think you can dance! 00:20 to 00:33--that pump and slide intro to the shoulder mount--now that was pretty electric! You were off your athletic game for a day and your inner dancer got loose. Were you inventing a new move right after 2:11 Superman? Looked interesting but edit cut it short. One armed slide with bike at 5:20 was great move. Liked the ending headstand work, too. Please rest up and be safe, now!

  • amazing video! incredible to consider that you are hurt because even without your injury you've done an awesome job! A+

  • aww thanks so much. i watched it three times and i was like maybe i shouldn't accept comments cause to me, its no good, lol. glad i did cause you all know how to make a gal feel good, thanks sweetie. xoxo
