  • To all of you who want to lose weight, there is a miracle diet out there called the atkins diet. Even if you go overboard on a cheat day you still lose weight with the greatest of ease.

  • hes here mostly for the average person tht wants to lose weight over all..people tend to do cardio more than just eat well and weight train hard...peoople u need to lift with intensity and eat well..

  • The hardest part about dieting is resisting the fatty foods. Yesterday for example I hate pasta which contained a lot of calories and a lot of transfat.

  • Hi Steve, I'm 14 years old and i eat 1800-2000 calories a day. I also lift weights for an hour 3 days a week and an hour of cardio 3 days a week. Being a teenager, do you think I'm taking in enough calories?

  • the way I look at it is that if I eat a donut or a cookie or something I am just going to have a real hard time working it off and am going to regret it.

  • I like his little shows because he can make people understand that it takes time to see results. He actually tries to help people, not to rip them off and take their money.

  • NO! people are saying diet pepsi and none calorie drinks are ok? NO THEY ARENT! diets have other things in them that actually make u fatter! So NO when ur on a diet dont drink pop at all!!! Besides.. Will it kill u to drink water? Jeese! No Juice, pop, Diet Pop, None Calorie pop.. Nothing! they all still have stuff in it that make u fatter! look it up on google!

  • So do I, I drink 1,5 liters a day easily. Ofcourse that is a problem i youre trying to loose weight.

    Unless...you drink diet soda. 100ml of pepsi max contains 0,3 calories. In other words, nothing. Its impossible to drink such amounts that you gain weight from it.

    It tast like shit, but you will get uses to it. I was used to pepsi, but forced myself on to pepsi max instead, it took some time, but now max tastes better than regular!:)

  • If you can get through the first case, Club Soda becomes addictive and is zero calories. Enjoy.

  • sorry steve i know what i ut sounds a little off for someone thats reading this..if i workout befor bed i get up next morning pumped if i workout in the morning i feel like i lost my pump durin the day i know that its because im still while im sleepin so the acid stits and durin the day im using my arms chest back so it gets a chance 4 the acid to get out but is it better to work out at night because that pump and sorness sitting there all night is making me bigger or is it all in my head?

  • steve if i work out at night i get next mornin pumped but if i work out in the mornin i lose my lac acid during the day so is keepin the acid making me bigger or is it just the feeling of the pump that im keeping???

  • It will definitely add calories just like any other caloric food or liquid.

  • Its also bad since your body will stop using its stores for fuel and use only the alcohol until its burnt off.

  • Thanks for the insight, i usually take like a piece of junk food such as M & M and i wouldnt eat it, but its tempting and sometimes im just forced to eat a bit of it. And this occurs quite a bit.
