AWESOME!!! I've just bought it and its fkn amazing! The only bad thing I've noticed so far is the 3D sound :( It's pretty messed up.. not rly 360°.. You do recognize if someone comes from north, east, south or west... But if anyone comes from some place between those 4 directions you can't know where they come from excactly. Althought the music is pretty cool :P Gives you a great Serious Sam feeling at all :P

@FineVirus Yes, but only two are unique (the warship and Ugh Zan's father). The rest are just stronger versions of big enemies (like major biomechanoids or khumns) that you don't have powerful weaponry to fight with.

It was about time for a serious take on today's wars.

All these joke games (COD, BF) are getting too creative. I mean, where's the pride? Where's the patriotism? EA and Activision should stop satirizing the brutal reality of armed conflict and make their franchises cinematic (one-liners, kill off some side-characters) and accessible (aiming down sights while standing still) so our kids can experience what it's REALLY like to die on the front. Maybe THEN they'll finally consider enlisting.

@SuckItLily Ermm.. I see that you are complaining about a lack of realism in today's FPS games. If you want a gritty and realistic approach to war in video games, you are best off with Red Orchestra 2.

Also, saying that kids should "experience what it's REALLY like to die on the front" is a bit overdoing it... Noone wants to actually DIE, and games aren't for educating kids about war, they are about having fun. That's why games like Serious Sam are a blast from the past, unlike CoD and BF shit.

They keep killing of important side-characters and in MW1, if you remember, they actually had the playable character die in a nuclear explosion.
