I have just come across your video and am a new guitarist. I am stuggling to imitate what you have done (just the chords alone). I know you play this in G and know you use 4 chords (G,C,D,Em) but the variations I lost on particular the C and D chord you are using. Any chance you could post the chord names so I can replicate it. Great rendition. Thanks

@54tblackburn there is also C#diminished after normal C chord, D chord is standard all the time i think. Notes for C#dim are C# G A# E. Cheers, and i hope it is helpful!
