Its actually not a water mark or an air bubble, its the screen cover sticking to the screen, and if you squeeze it, the cover becomes unstuck

I had the same experience with this case but I couldn't get it off at all, I worked on it for about an hour and I ended up having to cut the case off actually. My gear store gave me a refund for the case. I was also not very happy about the water mark issue - oh well.

This looks like a pretty case. I don't think the silicone case would scratch it but the grit might. The watermark not so much. Pretty designs thou.

This is similar to the shades case and they recommend putting a piece of card between the ipod and the case. This creates less friction when getting the ipod out of the case. Enter my giveaway for the shades case btw :)
