Listen, theres a flaw with your superman light speed estimate. The thing is, although Superman can go light speed he can only do it flying forward it that same old position. Not once has he fought at light speed. Superman may be a fast flyer even I can swing my arm in a punch faster than him. So if it were a race (without instant transmission) Superman would win. But in a fight practically any post Buu DBZ character could go circles around Superman in a fight. Also Broli kills planets.
One thing though, If Superman and Buu meet for the first time. Superman wouldn't realize that that is what's necesarry to defeat Buu. In fact, he probably would still be wondering "Why is there a pink blob with muscles flying in front of me" when Buu zaps him into chocolate. Who cares about gohan. He sucks. But the point remains that he does have a shield and he did kill a planet with a single energy blast that took 2 seconds to make. I will NOT accept that Superman sneezing crap. I don't care if he has iron lungs or not, he is not killing planets by sneezing. Even the reversing time junk in the movie is 1,000,000 times more likely to happen than that sneezing shit. So don't even start with that.

Gotenks. Gotenks flew around the world eight times in extremely little time. Admittedly, there are a whole bunch of times when Superman could've kicked Goku's arse. But by the end of the buu saga? Superman stood no chance. Goku would've deflected a blow from the Hammer of Thor easily.
Of course due to the difficulty in translating power levels, a fight like this would be hard to predict. Either way, once Goku went SSJ4 AT THE VERY LEAST, Superman would lose. It'd be a long match - but he'd lose

Listen, theres a flaw with your superman light speed estimate. The thing is, although Superman can go light speed he can only do it flying forward it that same old position. Not once has he fought at light speed. Superman may be a fast flyer even I can swing my arm in a punch faster than him. So if it were a race (without instant transmission) Superman would win. But in a fight practically any post Buu DBZ character could go circles around Superman in a fight. Also Broli kills planets.

One thing though, If Superman and Buu meet for the first time. Superman wouldn't realize that that is what's necesarry to defeat Buu. In fact, he probably would still be wondering "Why is there a pink blob with muscles flying in front of me" when Buu zaps him into chocolate. After all, Buu doesn't need a cue to turn someone into chocolate (and don't forget that that Superman also wouldn't know that Buu can turn him into candy so he probably wouldn't even realize what was happening until later)
