32-34 inch waist 48-52 inch chest and im 6-6.1 tall and weigh about 14 stone.

That was like 4 days ago when I last had a check.

I attend A ju jitsu club at least once a week

and am a humble orange belt atm and i eat 3 square meals a day if I can

so a bit of both lol
