Yes you need to find the Gta IV files... this is very hard... I recomend looking up some vid shoving this part, And then you put the downloaded file in the right folder in the game.... then you start it and youve got this on you'r computer game....

Park the cars you want to keep outside of your safehouse in the yellow spot that says "residents parking" that is like the garage and will save the car for you.

YES, but its hella lot work. of course you cant use asi files etc. but you need to rip a iso from the disk, extract the files from the iso, edit them with sparkIV. make a new iso with all the files, Burn it, and enjoy
