Set up a web page for voters to pledge to WRITE-IN: RON PAUL and keep a running tab online for all to see. Via that web page, provide a means for voters to acquire and use paper ballots, either absentee (available to everyone) or requested paper ballots.
As people actually vote and report to the web page that they have (the same folks who pledged to vote), a check mark is placed by the person on their pledge and the vote is graphed online.
That requires some technical skills with a database and server side language. Also a hosting service with proper services. This also requires some funding to keep running. Also if what you say is done. What effect do you see it having? My skill is minimal at best.
Done right, a WRITE-IN: RON PAUL pledge and vote tracking site/page would provide (the following): 1. confirmation that there are large number of people who reject the status quo party candidates and intend to vote for Ron Paul regardless; 2. essential information (like how to make one's vote count) and muster up more support for the idea of the write-in campaign itself; 3. provide affidavits and proof of Ron Paul votes against false media reporting; and 4. help coordinate the write-in campaign.

I will only vote for Ron Paul this election cycle, period. It is the U.S. Constitution, and Ron Paul's book, The Revolution: A Manifesto, that shows me a viable direction for this country. The revolution began with Ron Paul, but sadly it will most likely not be fulfilled in his lifetime. I will be voting Libertarian in the fall. I am hoping that Mary Ruwart wins the Libertarian Party nomination. Her platform is closer to Ron Paul's than any other candidate's. The Libertarian national convention will be May 22nd-26th. The nomination should be covered by C-SPAN, probably on the 25th. Hopefully, C-SPAN will cover more of the convention than just the nomination.
I hope the Republicans will let Ron Paul speak at the GOP convention, but I'm not counting on it.
As mentioned in the vid I'm deeply immersed in the Ron Paul delegate-thing, so much so that I haven't given anyone else consideration.

Also, diebold machines don't allow for write in's. You would have to use absentee ballot.
