If you want great shows to watch that are fantasy shows watch Life On Mars bbc, Ashes to Ashes, Merlin and Doctor Who! These shows kick @** and outshine most other shows and lay waste to Universe by a mile! Some fanfics and fanvids have The Doctor showing up on Atlantis usually helping Rodney get his geek on! Bring Capt. Jack in and NOW that would be interesting tv! heehe

@robothedgehog Well, I just read that the season 2 opener of SGU on Tuesday,had the lowest ratings of any Stargate series season opener ever. I'm not a fan of SGU, but if it does fail, I'm worried that will be it for Stargate series. And I think they picked a bad day and time. Even if I didn't care for it, the other shows on Tuesdays, would take priority! Here's hoping for the SGA movie they keep promising the fans!

So either dont watch it, or be glad that there is at least some Stargate still going. Who knows, once the actors find their feet in the characters the are potraying it will probably get better, just like atlantis did.

SGU is a disgrace to the stargate franchise. And yes your right, I don't watch it. But the few rare times I do flip on SyFy and it appears (even a commercial of it) I get a fucking headache. And no, I'm not glad that it's on. I'd rather have no stargate at all than this trashy piece of garbage called SGU. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

How dare you claim I'm not a true stargate fan! I've watched every episode of SG1 and SGA! I've fought long and hard against Stargate Atlantis' cancellation. And I have given SGU a decent chance: I've watched every episode aired so far, from Air Part 1 to Life. SGU is absolutely horrible. @TelepathicPebble I watched the sgu crap until the episode where the only thing that happened the entire episode is that "THEY FOUND A CHAIR". Then i said okay when if the get to episode 30 (s02 e10 or whatever) i will watch it and if it is good ill consider watching the other episodes. If i wanted soap opera id watch "home and away". :P But SGA is my favorite and its followed by sg1.
