@jesusinacan2 This is a PS2 game. There was a port for the PSP called Monster Hunter Freedom, it's basically the same game, just with more features.

lol velocidrom is my fav contract when i managed to reach my 4 star contracts i always went back and hunted him down had him dead in a few minutes mostly for the money and the scales since so many velociprey run around and just ask to be carved

@ajmalnaim100 i've played and maxed out all the possible good weapons in the game there are only 3 dual swords in the game, 2 from bone blade and 1 from iron sword

I've downed the VELOCIDROME loads of times with my POWERFULL HAMMER!!! Includeing OTHER BOSSES!!! It takes a lot of money and time to get the right stuff but it pays off in the end.

take the poison axe this is a great weapon and very usefull!!!!

you can upgrade this to poison battleaxe

if you have this you can beat all offline quest i bet

this is my favourite quest in the whole game.

it's pretty simple,too.you need:a great sword,cold drinks,pickaxes(for materials if you want,not really necessary) and some patience.when one of the is going your way,get to the side and use the sideslash. you don't even need sonic bombs for this :D when they're on the ground,go in front of them so they use their sand spray. it leaves them off-guard.that's your moment to slice and dice them >:D

piscine liveer! my favourite quest in the game :D! all you gotta do is have a great sword and some patience. when one of them is going your way just use the sideswing and you'll do very good damage ;) but never,really,never be in their way! get on the sides and then slash!

The Map Forest And HIlls was my Favorite map always I don't know why. Maybe because of the theme song of that lvl and how it's grassy and really dark in the other parts :P. (Just like a real forest :D)

Lol greatswords arn't so good for me either i stick with duals and SnS just somethin for you guys. It's easiest You can block without losing sharpness on your wep and you got mad wicked speed! What more could you want?

if u unlock tactical blade you can kill a velocidrome with 1 charge(with powercharm)

hey its me again, i tried the same quest (piscine liver) and i killed 5-6 cephalos and got a total of 1 piscine liver, i guess you can say i have bad luck considering that getting a piscine liver is a 60% chance :(

get the serpants blade

its alot stroger then the ageaita once its full souped up

Yeah, same here but I used a bone lance. Plus, it seems like the sword you're using is alot faster than the one I use.  Any tips on making a sword lighter? I'm kind of a beginner.

Sadly there is no real way to make a sword lighter, although what I think is that different Great swords vary by speed, I'm not sure if that's true or not.
