A merry game of a pathological inability to keep things simple and workable on the part of the NHS bosses - perhaps it serves to hide the real agenda of cost-cutting and off-loading the burden of state onto the tender mercies of the private sector - and a similar affliction on the part of the workers/doctors' leaders who just can't say no, enough is enough, but seem committed to just go with the flow and make the most of a dire situation. No wonder not a lot of doctors voted.
Good grief. I am sure there was a point to this video somewhere, but I believe it got lost in the David Brent-esque management speak. Marginally clearer than mud.

All our interviewees are doctors and not professional broadcasters. We are constantly reviewing the way these clips are produced.
