  • All the stuff you guys are doing all has it's place, and it's good shit...but where the fuck's the squats?! Where are the chins?! You guys seem to be focusing an ungodly amount of time on plyometrics, plyos have there place but, goddamn, you have to use them in moderation. There are so many things missing here, and so much emphasis on plyometrics, even on plyometric work-out days you shouldn't be pounding this hard!

But you guys need to STILL work this hard, and not just have six or eight of you there, cause the only guys in this video are like Clarky + Barton who already Graduated. Rane + Justin are in this, Woods is a few times, Beef isn't playing, and RJ is the only big kid we've got. Get the rest of your team working that hard. Especially our defense, that needs work. BUT I have faith in you guys.

  • they did a lot of agility exercises, but not much of anything else. where are the neck exercises, back exercises. they bench pressed but not to much, it just looked like a bunch of teenagers who did not know what they where doing. those lift weights all fast with no form will not make you any stronger but hurt you.

  • Look, I am a college strength and conditioning coach and these workouts are horrible. As someone else said, I really hope these kids are the JV team. Yes, workouts are changing, but we college coaches want to see speed AND power. The technique is bad. Must add more explosion lifts into your routine than what is shown here. Good luck to you!

  • over all its not that bad actually from the speed, strength and agility, but i haven't much good to say about it. The machines there aren't really quality products and there isn't much to work with in there and the technique in a lot of those guys are using there backs in there excersizes like power lifting. Technique should be worked on in this school but over all out of 10 i'd give a 6/10

  • To the players on this video, stop rolling film on your workouts. This video is embarassing for your program. Obviously a well rounded workout routine based on speed, agility, plyometrics, funtional and core exercise and strength training is the goal of any football program nowadays; however, you have nothing special to show in this video with rediculous workouts and guys in pajama pants. championship teams are recognized by hardwork, results, championship rings, nike sponsors and scholarships.

  • The form that some of these guys use is wrong. No offense to those in the video, but I sincerely hope that this is not what they normally lift. I know 7th graders who lift that much, and some lift even more. Like I said, no offense to those in the video, i just don't see this as football training.

  • Go watch some Joe Defranco training and thats how to train football. This is a good lower and upper body dynamic workout but if this is your whole workout program, i would have to question a few things.

  • This type of training is ok for a dynamic day but I have to agree with someone elses statements, where are the squats or trap bar deads or any deadlifts for that matter. I could see using this for your upper and lower body dynamic days. They actually had some good exercises on there for speed and agility. However for good ole fashion power you better pull heavy, press heavy and squat heavy.

This program does not know how to train!!! Carrying each other??? This isnt wrestling, there is no need to work the firemans carry technique!!!   • good concept...probably should incorporate more heavy squats and the kids you featured benching..well i hope they were jv...your team will definitely be quick and fast, and somewhat explosive...but definitely need to step it up in the strength department...that's a weight lifting program for some track starts tho....

  • The old style powerlifting is out. The concept is progression. Our strenth department is awesome and our function training department is tremendous and were fast and both are teams are number 1. Thanks for the tip tho...........................­.
