Yea, I have seen alot of flooding in that area down through the years, long before they built there. It doesnt surprise me theres flooding there. I couldnt believe they would be stupid enough to build on flood plains.

i have a great photo of a plot of industrial land behind this with a sold sign in the middle of it and the whole area is under 4ft of water.

All that development built on an historic flood plain in the past ten years.
