I should mention there's 2 cases pending in federal court challenging prop 8 ,one just challenging prop 8 and other challenging DOMA and prop 8, that both violate the 14th amendment and Equal Protection Clause.

You're Forgeting BDNt!2, In California they're split on this issue and 60% people under 30 had voted NO on prop 8, So if you're smart enough to figure how many people will be eligible to vote in 2010 and so on.

I should Add that It was California Supereme Court that Overturned Prop 22. Prop 22 passed 61% in 2000 and prop 8 passed only by 52% .

Well technically it CAN but logically it WON'T... the only reason gay marriages were permitted in california was because one judge, who is one INDIVIDUAL, allowed it. but when prop 8 arrived the PEOPLE of california decided, and they said YES to prop 8

i think this video is off on the whole abuse factor.....but it does made sence towards we should be the people are in life...and also be able to enjoy that in fullfillment other than pretending and living a lie....or worse.

marriage should be beautiful and unique not tarnished and fucked up.....with nothing to enjoy other than the long amounts of paper work.....oh fun oh joy.....free country my ass
