sorry to tell you again that Mosul is the wors city in Iraq right now, I am writing to you from Mosul and it is not a peaceful place, all the good people fled the city, it is full of the insurgents that fled from Baghdad when the new security plan started.
Good report, but those were the conditions that existed in '03. By the spring of '04 things were vastly different. Mostly because of the failure of policies but in place by the 101st that led to the fall of the city by late summer. There should be a follow up report.
