I own one too, since a month or two and I'm very happy with it. Nice little car. It has chromed details on the outside (strips, exhaust, etc) with black metallic painting, turning lights on the side mirrors, airco (manual), nice sound system and offers, surprisingly, quite a bit of space when laying down the backseats. Pretty handy if you go shopping or have a dog. We've chosen not to get the navigation, as to my opinion, it took away to much of the frontal viewing window.
@happyguy82 : Yes, it's pretty cheap to maintain. Low fuel consumption (but not as low as Toyota describes though), low annual road taxes (about €170), and a full fuel tank for +- €40 (Belgium). Insurance offcourse, depends on the amount of "points" you have. You also get a 5 year full guarantee on all parts, in case something should fail. The every-so-kilometers/miles maintenance: I don't know yet, as we only just hit the 1000km., and this maintenance is free by Toyota itself.
@llandudnoboy : here in Belgium we have to pay annual road taxes. We got ours some 2 weeks ago, and it's about €300. It's one of the MANY stupid and expensive laws we have overhere.
@TheOpelkoenjas FYI: we thought it would only be €170 though. Something the garage didn't warn us about. Or they rather gave the wrong (on purpose?!) information. Anyway, every car has to pay road taxes overhere, otherwise you are not allowed to drive it all.
@llandudnoboy : yeah, it should be standard, considering that IQ's aren't cheap to start off with. Every option - and there are many of those - have to be payed for. And quite frankly, those options aren't cheap. For example: we went for the leather interior: €1300. A chrome exhaust - a tiny chrome triangle: €350. Auto gears: €1000 + higher road taxes due to the fact that the exhaust fumes are higher. The price for the car went quickly over €15.000, to give you an idea.

@TheOpelkoenjas
Or was it because Toyota wanted an extra £1000 for the pleasure of an option that should be standard at this price.
