  • You have inspired my to pick up my weights yet again.So question are as followed. How can you burn fat and gain lean weight at same time? Cause I have tried cardio/diet and it seems to be getting me nowhere. And I tried eating less, doing more execrises but it seems after the fact im still not getting the results I want.   • To all the haters that are telling this kid how awful his aspirations are, I say get a fuckin' life! What this kid is doing is great, he looks GREAT, he's hella smart, he is going to make a name for himself doing this whether you like it or not. When Arnold Swartznager first started, he was a slim young lad posing in underwear back in the day as were many of the big name bodybuilders. You have to start somewhere & this kid is attractive in many ways. Personality, smarts & looks

  • Dude I'm no trainer. But I have been working out really hard for about two and a half months.... and I have worked out scattered throughout my life.... If you ask me, you should consider doing more heavy weight, and going to a weight room beause you are definitely toned but not big at all. If you do heavy weight and low reps you will notice you will get a lot bigger and more cut, plus the cardio and ab workouts to keep tone. That's just my say.

  • BTW, don't listen to everyone's smartass advice. There are always smartasses around who thinks they are always better than everyone else! You are what you are and be proud of who you are!   • im fifteenth and been a bodybuilder for a year now. i have about twice as much more muscle than this guy but i got that extra fat hiding the 8-pack.

    so i recently found out. your back muscles are VERY IMPORTANT when your bodybuilding. what you want sir is great muscle mass, and your lats play a very important roll in muscle mass. i don't have any videos yet but mabey soon

  • lol not be an ass or anything, but if you want some advice i think you should lower the dumbells when your doing curls more slower as if your lifting it up BUT IN REVERSE because your not workin out the bicep just by lifting it up, you also work it out by going down. because when I see you, you lift it up which is I guess decent then you just flop it down like you finished your rep...
