i downloaded the game.I really liked it and was very impressed but it stuck in a loading screen.Besides that with some improvements this could be a great game.Also the music should be more peaceful when you are just wondering around just like BO2 and pick up when you go into battle.

Something raised my curiosity here: He said this game is set between BO and SL1 but some of the enemies are cabal members. That's inconsistent. Is this a SL1 prequel or BO2 sequel??

Thanx! It's funny cause I can tell you that in remaking BO1 to 3-d form, it will look even better. Furthermore, I say if Eidos doesnt make LoK6, that the fans/designers will. Because many fans are MORE than capable of doing it (+SimonTempleman would cost4hire). If spent a year on, I'd be willing to bet it could be concluded. plus, I know what was supposed to happen to a very good extent. In a case with Resident Evil, fans had made such an amazing mod/fanGM that Capcom actually published it.
I'm all for a remake of Blood Omen but a fan-made release, given away for free which thus negates the purchase of the original Blood Omen is not going to go down too well with Eidos. In short; you'll be sent a cease and desist and if you don't then you'll get sued.

You are correct that Kain never has wings at all, but there are only two ways that Kain could ever ever have wings
FIRST WAY: Kain (after blood omen1 and right before blood omen 2's dominance of Nosgoth) Kain would have used his bat form ability to only manefest the wings themselves (batlike).
SECOND WAY: Kain (following Defiance)
would return to Nosgoth's future to ritualisticly alter himself to angelic form (as the scion)thats all i can think of.
Well, bat form isn't exactly the same thing as looking like Janos. Plus, I don't think that Kain is going to turn blue anyway, because prophecies only show vague images, like the Hylden hero was a Hylden with a wraith blade, but Raziel isn't Hylden. I believe that the Scion of Balance prophecy only shows that the guardian will be a vamp, not that he will have blue skin and black wings. But, with EIDOS, you never know... XD

LOL...yeah seriously... I wouldnt have messed with Raziel if I saw him in person... he looks pissed in the SR1 intro when you first see him. His nose says it all with the authority...LOL... You can do a good Raziel? Maybe you should record it and send it to me... I wouldn't mind taking a listen. And most of the models are my creation, although to speed things up, I have used a few "Peasant" human models and some textures that are free to use. But also 98% of the animations are my doing.

It's not. It's one of Vorador's descendants (a girl) that Raziel kills in his past (roughly a few centuries after the ending of Blood Omen 2). The glowing eyes are right before she transforms into wolf form. (Boss battle) Me and a friend of mine always joked about Raziel's shnoz...lol... like it might have gotten bigger with becoming more "devine" ..lol.. because if you look at the human Raziel (SR2), he has a normal sized nose... No, I'm aware of Raziel's authorative nose and how he looks tough

For those interested I've finished editing BO1 (except for 2 or 3 shots I'm not happy with). I inserted deleted dialogue as well to keep the story as consistent as possible. There's no music yet but if you like I can upload some of it.

Yeah, I am SO excited about Blood Omen 3-D. It's going to be really sweet. One thing we are trying to make work really well is that ability to drink blod from multiple humans at the same time while moving around... a very cool attribute about the original. Some of these spells are going to be awesome!
And by the way, this is not a Mod, just for those of you wondering... in fact, when I started with the program it was nothing more than a base script and a few blocks...hahaha.... but obviously alot of it was also from other sources such as certain textures and renders which were straight out of LoK. but that's the idea. lol.

And also, the voices are a combination of diologue from the series, combined and edited in clever ways as well as some of my acting, which is not as bad as you might think... I am told I imitate Lok's voice acting style quite well. I sound somewhat like Michael Bell, so I did my best to narrate.

Secondly, the system requirements are going to be 512 mb ram minimum, but I'd recommend a gig+ for best results...Also, Windows 2000/ME/XP/VISTA a mac driver will be made later, it may work 4 mac but if it does not, then it needs a driver. plus, there are water shaders and metalics that require pixel shader 2.0 or higher.

man I wish they could make another LOK game My fav character's Raziel and playing a game with Raziel before the incidents of the first Soul Reaver it would be totally awesome and bad ass to see Raziel flying and being more impressive than Kain since he has wings XD Amy Hennig should get his ass and start a new LOK game I know maybe Defiance wasn't so great like the first Soul Reaver 1 & 2 games but just look at Tomb Raider it was shit and they brought the thing to life with Tomb Raider Legend.
My thoughts exactly. If fan support becomes great enough and visible to Eidos... will have it produced... also, Amy Hennig was talking about some story actions she was headed toward while making Drake's Fortune... And even though Michael Bell and Tony Jay (God rest) are unable to act in a sixth installment, it was stated that if produced, the story would not necesserily need the two amazing actors, since they've played their part in the series.
A new Legency of were not bad or an HD remace of all others Legency of Kain games.

It can be both.
There is no time travel within SR1 and none in BO2 either. Chronologically, BO2 comes first and then SR1. There is no game in between.
I guess this one will fill the gap between the 2 games.

Hey that sounds cool that you are editing all the LoK games into a series of movies... I can tell you it will always be enjoyable. Don't worry about my fan game being fake... It's just as playable as any other fan game... Although it's not that amazing, i did my best to make it playable
and work as a story.

To be fully honest with you right now it's the story part and the coolness of your visuals that I'm mostly interested in. Right now it's look cool so I'll just wait in line for the release! Thanks for your response anyway.
For those interested I've finished editing BO1 (except for 2 or 3 shots I'm not happy with). I inserted deleted dialogue as well to keep the story as consistent as possible. There's no music yet but if you like I can upload some of it.

Awesome... It has actually turned out to be much easier than I would have thought... Since all diologue and imagery are already created for BO1, all I would have to do is create 3d environments, rules and artwork... Blood Omen would be awesome in 3-D...I'll post you on this soon

Yeah, I am SO excited about Blood Omen 3-D. It's going to be really sweet. One thing we are trying to make work really well is that ability to drink blod from multiple humans at the same time while moving around... a very cool attribute about the original. Some of these spells are going to be awesome!

And by the way, this is not a Mod, just for those of you wondering... in fact, when I started with the program it was nothing more than a base script and a few blocks...hahaha.... but obviously alot of it was also from other sources such as certain textures and renders which were straight out of LoK. but that's the idea. lol.

And also, the voices are a combination of diologue from the series, combined and edited in clever ways as well as some of my acting, which is not as bad as you might think... I am told I imitate Lok's voice acting style quite well. I sound somewhat like Michael Bell, so I did my best to narrate.

Hi guys! I'm posting to answer some of your questions... okay first off, thank you to those of you that like my art! Secondly, the system requirements are going to be 512 mb ram minimum, but I'd recommend a gig+ for best results...Also, Windows 2000/ME/XP/VISTA a mac driver will be made later, it may work 4 mac but if it does not, then it needs a driver. plus, there are water shaders and metalics that require pixel shader 2.0 or higher.

This game really needs a 6th part.
Let's hope Square -with the Eidos adquisition- know about this and think that would be a good idea to have another game of this series... =)

man I wish they could make another LOK game My fav character's Raziel and playing a game with Raziel before the incidents of the first Soul Reaver it would be totally awesome and bad ass to see Raziel flying and being more impressive than Kain since he has wings XD Amy Hennig should get his ass and start a new LOK game I know maybe Defiance wasn't so great like the first Soul Reaver 1 & 2 games but just look at Tomb Raider it was shit and they brought the thing to life with Tomb Raider Legend.

My thoughts exactly. If fan support becomes great enough and visible to Eidos... will have it produced... also, Amy Hennig was talking about some story actions she was headed toward while making Drake's Fortune... And even though Michael Bell and Tony Jay (God rest) are unable to act in a sixth installment, it was stated that if produced, the story would not necesserily need the two amazing actors, since they've played their part in the series.
