Yup - a cafe is your only defense. We had a bathroom redone early last year and it took weeks and weeks. We rewired the whole house and it only took a week including plastering all the holes they made.

Is this a remodel, or a new construction?
I would record the noise, and call the office of the construction company, when they open in the morning, and play the recording for them.
