Six months ago, I was in a very bad place. I had beat myself up too much and I was considering just giving in to everything, but then I went to a retreat my church was putting together and I was at the church retreat and we were in Adoration and this song was playing at I was crying so much and I looked outside of the window into the woods and I saw God's face looking at me and I just broke down and ever since I have totally changed my thoughts about my faith. I cry after listening to this song, every time. It's just so absolutely beautiful and softly spoken it impacts the heart. So reverently does this song say how we want to lay down our lives for God. Beautiful work Matt Maher and Audrey Assad.
