It don't work anymore. The XBOX360 did a update awhile back to help detect mod controllers. Anything that the signal from Microsoft does not recognize when sent back it will disable it.

@GayPornStuntman It's actually a kinda cheap rip off of the turtle beaches. But it sucks :P I still have the old version of the mics but don't use them, I've got turtle beaches that I use on my pc and xbox. :)
