  • hah! 7sec run loser

  • Very Nice. 8.33, best on my Turbo KZ. Hundredths don't matter when it comes to the fun factor...Anyone who tries to say anything negative, has never done this sort of thing or they would know the thrill of picking up a tenth or two in q-mile time.

  • its called a high six, retards

  • lost half a second on the reaction time

  • 0:59 : goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!

  • 6.98 at 195... that's awesome man. I bet that was a blast. I see this was a couple years ago, what are you running at now?

  • Comment removed

  • 6.98 is a 7 were i come from

  • @O7ROADKING

That would be somewhere that drag racing is not.

  • @riceburner32 im pretty sure 6.98 is a 7 anywhere.

  • @suckle how about a 6.95?

  • @O7ROADKING You would post up a 6.98 run too, IF you were able to run that fast..

  • @cxbra your right i would have and i would have been proud to.im an underwater welder and anything after 6.1 is a 7 when it comes to counting air supple.i have a lot of respect for the people who ride these rockets down the track. my statement is taken out of content and i can see why.i tried to delete it but could not.what i should have said is in my line of work anything after 6.1 is a 7

  • @O7ROADKING You are right in your assumptions. Logically, a 6.98 SHOULD be considered 7. Although as I'm sure you now understand, drag racing seems to make their own rules. Personally, I don't like rounding numbers at all. A 6.98 is a 6.98, and not a 6 or a 7, etc.

  • @da1krayziethug ya i guess it all depends on the line of work your in as to how you look at the #ers.i do know if that were me on that bike i to would be saying wooohooo im in the 6es

  • @O7ROADKING Very true. I work with software engineering so naturally I tend to deal with precise numbers and not estimations. So I fully agree with you. Also, I'd probably do the same. "Time: 7.001" "Damn I didn't get it" "Time: 6.999" "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

  • @O7ROADKING Ha ha. Roadking my dick. L2dragrace bro.

  • Hey i live near there!

  • thumbs up for the epic laugh at the end

  • @1.08 i didn't know Chimpanzees watch motorbike drag race.

  • I've been following NHRA since 1966 and can state for a fact that for their standards anything from 6.000 ET to 6.999 ET is considered a 6 second run. Their terminology is "in the sixes". It's the BEFORE the decimal that determines the range i.e sixes, sevens, eights etc.

Only passes recorded in competition or qualifying count toward the record book and must be backed up with a run within 1% of the ET in question.

  • the riders name is STEVE

  • ceil (6.98) = 7

    floor (6.98) = 6

  • 1 minute and 40 second video just to see a big fat wheel disappear into the horizon in 6 seconds

    COOL!!~

  • Well, is it now a 6 or a 7 second run ?

  • @TheMozes555

As it was then and as it is now, a 6 second run.

  • @riceburner32 Thank you sir. Nice run by the way. Now , almost 4 years later, what are the times for the quarter mile now ?

  • It is and always would have been and will always be a six-second run on a six-second bike. Been drag racing since '75.

  • first i was reading "pornstar" not "prostar" lol

  • what type of dog was that at the end?

  • That is a 6 second run! Do some study to all of you that say its a 7 second run.

    The decimals dont count.

  • It's a "6", if it's a 6.000, period. That board shows a 6.98, so that's what it is.

  • Now i have better things to do then u repeat it to you . ANY OPINION KEEP IT TO YOURSELF , OR AT LEAST DON'T USE THE REPLY BUTTON , OR BETTER , JUST ... MOVE ON ... I SAG THESE VIDEO LIKE A FEW MONTHS AGO ... STOP REPLYING FOR GOD SAKE ... UNBELIEVABLE PEOPLE ...

  • @motanelustelistu - Then why do YOU keep replying? LMAO!

And I do NOT have to "keep my opinion to myself", clown-boy. It's a 6.98 on the board. So it's a 6.98, NOT a 6.000. So to label this video "First 6 second run" is total bullshit, period.

  • japs rule road?!;mcysu1

  • la gente esta muy loca WTF

  • why would you ever stand directly behind the vehicle that is about to race?? If there were any form of debris on the track you'd be hit. I once found a 6inch metal spike on the track. You'd be dead if that hit you

  • Straight as an arrow.

  • you do understand what happends when you reach 1.21 gigawatts right???

  • 30 second pass, i'm a professional.

  • 1:00 woah!

  • nice run!!!! Congrats on ya 6............ and yes even a 6.9999999 is still a 6 second pass. Just the same as a 6.000000 is still a 6

  • I have been a drag race fan since 1967. I was 6 years old. I grew up around Great Lakes Dragway, US-30 in Gary Indiana, Oswego, Joliet...The ET was and today still is the full second. I never liked drag bikes but this guy has balls of steel to hang onto that thing. Very nice run.

  • And again ... remember at any time you'll gonna do this again ... GIRL , YOU'RE RECORDING , STOP JUMPING . CAN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT .

  • I stopped responding 2 months ago . Pls just move on ... read the comment if u want but stop responding or at least don't use reply button .

  • its not a 6 second pass, it was the first run in "the sixes" starting out but not much of a low 6

  • @madmanehv lol... yes then that is a faster 6 second run... bike a - 6.98 bike b - 6.99 bike a wins :)

  • @madmanehv yes 6.96 is 6.96... even if it was 6.99 it is still 6 ^^

  • @madmanehv well... 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7... its still 6 until the timer hits 7 no matter how you look at it... you do not round up...

  • DAMMMNNNNN HE WENT STRAIT AS ARROW ALL THE WAY THROUGH VERY GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • okay so how does he change gears if he doesn't have a his left leg up? I've always wondered this because I drag my sportbike, but it's stock and it just doesn't make sense.

  • thats a 6sec pass.. stop arguing with this stupid low intelligent ppl

  • Its in the sixes, now shut up.

  • thats a six second pass.

  • are you guys seriously retarded? is says 6.98 what could you little girls possibly be arguing about theres a F*CKING 6 IN THERE THAT MEANS IT JUST RAN 6 SECONDS RETARDS

  • i used those wheels on the side to learn how to ride a bike... (i know the wheels are there for stabilization -.-)

  • 6.98 =/= 6 seconds

    try again.

  • That's a badass bike. PERIOD!

    jerks

VVV It's racers and people like below that make racing suck.VVV

  • that bike should be illegal

  • To stop this once for all if its between 5.5 and 6.49 its a 6 , over the 6.50 till 7.49 its a 7 and this is whithout a doubt a 7 . U just can't argue otherwise and i dont need to study it up cuz im not a fan because its a lot of tyre smoke accidents and no obvious reason to take part in it , but this situation is crystal clear u can ask anybody and check any book or ruls u want its still gonna be a 7 . I stopped continue argueing this is my opinion and the right one u can belive what u want

  • @motanelustelistu

    email: mrice@nhra.com

  • @riceburner32 check up my latest coment , that is my way of seeing thing and i think its the right one . And BTW , thx for the number but don't expect to call it from 8500 km ( 5300 miles ) away or 13 hours flight just to confirm it :)

  • @motanelustelistu

your gay. its a 6.98 @ 195.90 mph. go fuck yourself

  • 6 second's my arse!

  • Chuck Norris can do a 3 second run.

  • @motanelustelistu a 6.98 is a 6 second time since the sixth second is not over or finshed until all the 100 pieces that make a second (that .98) are finished. until at that junction when the seventh second starts the time measured is still in the sixth second so the time stands. time and spacial matters do not follow the same rule of equelling up or down for a flat number, they stand as they are, so a time of 6.00 sec and 6.99 sec is considered to be the relevant counting of the sixth second

  • @stjani82 You can praise yourseft that you did a 6 as long as the time over it doesn't matter but when you aproximate , over the 6.49 you call it a 7 , that's the way i see it and that's the right way ( in my opinion ) . AND THATS AN END OF IT PEOPLE , STOP REPLY TO MY COMENTS PLS , DON'T FILL THIS UP WHIT ARGUMENTS , PLS.

  • @motanelustelistu Well ignorance is bliss and even though you seem to have some basic understanding of how time is measured im afraid the way you perceive it is like putting a simple math like 1,5 + 1,5 = 3 and making it like this 1,5 +1,5 = 4. It just doesnt work that way. aproximation in this way has nothing to do with the tool that is beeing used to measure, in this case time. Aproximation can never be applied in this sence. Hope you realise that your opinion is plainly wrong. No offense.

  • @stjani82 FGS i know what 1,5 + 1,5 does . I never said it can make 4 :) Just that tu praise yourself that you did a six ( taking that any under 7 is called 6 ) is preety exaggerated . Its only 0.02 sec . Repeat the race many times again and if algebric medium time get under 7 u can call it a 6 . I know u finnaly did it under 7 and " defend " yourself but think and accept the idea that this 0.02 could be anything from a slightly better patch of runway or a tail wind

  • @stjani82 I agree its under 7 to take it like this but u should agree that that 0.02 sec could be anything as a tail wind . BTW you got math into this your teacher never aproximate your grade from 6.50 to 7 ? Oh , sry , America use grdes like A , B , C . Now thats probably why we argue . Never mind pls end it here ...

  • @stjani82 *sense *realize *being *approximation come on... how is anyone supposed to take you seriously if you can't spell these basic words correctly

  • @SillyPutty47 ye sry about the spelling mate, im icelandic and was probably in a bit of a hurry there, but concerning how you count the seconds, do you start from zero or do you start at one? because until the first second has been counted the time from 0 to the first second is actually the partion towards creating the first second so it is counted as the zero second, from 1.00 sec to 1.99 is the first second but people also argue alot about how that should be counted.

  • @stjani82 I like your explanation, but I believe the argument is over the fact that between 5.01 and 6.00 is the sixth second while 6.01 to 7.00 is the seventh second. 0 to 1 is the first, 1 to 2 is the second etc. I agree with what you are saying, but this is why people are arguing over it

  • @motanelustelistu esti praf. They usually say the vehicle is "in the 6ths" meaning any time that's 6.xx. That's why they call it a 6-second run. Yes, technically the elapsed time can be much closer to 7 seconds but that's the drag racing terminology everyone who has a clue uses.

  • @motanelustelistu I understand your point,but in racing and most sports we don't round off numbers.We measure in thousands,hundreds and tenths,of a second,its 6.98,another 2 hundreds and it would be a 7.00

  • @inagod OK agree whit you whit the measuring part but , its 2 hundreds not 10 tens ... but u cant call it a 7 ... Anyway STOP RESPONDING TO MY POST ... DONT USE REPLY BUTTON

  • @motanelustelistu right well im 20 years old but as i've been 20 for 11 months does that mean im actually 21? no, it does not. if i run a 6.9 does that mean i actually ran a 7?? no it does not. "U just can't argue otherwise and i dont need to study it up cuz im not a fan because its a lot of tyre smoke accidents and no obvious reason to take part in it" ...that right there proves that any opinion you have on drag racing is utterly useless.

  • @motanelustelistu shut up bitch like to see you run that

  • @motanelustelistu who the hell told you that?

  • @motanelustelistu wow you are an idiot, and obviously have no clue about drag racing. there is no such thing as rounding.

  • @inteligentvtec Didn't u just saw ? I COMENT 5 MONTH AGO . Idiot , its 2 hundreds of a second , nwo thats now dragster right ... Repeat the race tens of times and thats the times its good at ... Now u get 6.98 next round i bet u get ofer 7 significantly over 7 and then what ? u praise yourself u did a 6 ? when out of times u only got 1 or 2 times under 7 ... but you're stupid enought so u praise u get under 7 . Think about that when u let you mouth speak whithout your knowledge

  • And BTW : STOP REPLYING TO MY COMMENTS . Good God , you fight so hard for a time ... . I MOVE ON ... IF U CAN'T , CONSULT A PSYCHOLOGIST .

  • @motanelustelistu kind of ignorantly hypocritical to make a REPLY telling people how they are dumb for doing to same thing you are doing. They should consult a psychiatrist for replying to a youtube comment, i think not

  • That was a damn straight run.

  • Damn a 7 second run isn't bad! 6.98 = 7 unless you are talking to people who don't race. Remember, there are numbers between 6 and 7 and that would only be ruled as running in the six if it were a 6.4999, if you ran a 5.5 thru 6.4 like said by Motanelustelista. He is right, looking at the book now, even though I didn't need too. Just call it a high 6 or a low 7 and stop seeming like you don't know drag racing rules. Keep working and you will make it to a solid 6!

  • @MrUS1972 Finnaly a reasonable man . Its a 7 whatever every1 say . Its not only drag rulles its every day rulle that over 5.5 and under 6.49 u call it a 6 but over its 7 . Case Closed :P

  • @motanelustelistu Thank you. I have had this come up at some tracks where people were trying to say a racer ran out of his bracket and all kinds of things that just aren't true.

  • Again, read the rule books before arguing. Plus it is just plain pathetic to have to argue a 6.98 run is a 6 second run. It is 2/100's under a bare bones 7! Run a 6.499 then it is a six. Period.

  • I dont nee to study it up . It's not a 6 sec pass , u name it 6 from sec 5.5 till 6.4 it is 6.98 u can't take it like a 6 . That 0.02 sec could be a wind blowing form behind instead of front or a better area on the track . Its way to small to admit that is dragster right . When its till 6.4 u aproxy. it as 6 from 6.5 u name it 7 , u can argue till mornig its still gona be 6.98 . I the shops u don't say its a 6$ cofee when its 6.98 u call it a 7$ cofee ( just example ) so ...

  • @motanelustelistu

I understand your thought process, however without studying or having current knowledge of the sport you will not be able to make a correct assertion as to whether or not a claim is correct or not.

  • @motanelustelistu it is a 6 second pass moron it still counts.. you dont round numbers up and down in drag racing ..

  • Agree its fast but its not the 6 from the title , im not the only one who said it and i'm not criticizeing . Check the coment before posting;)

  • @motanelustelistu

yes, it is a 6 second pass, study up on the sport of dragracing.

  • @motanelustelistu yep ur right u got a good knowledge of the physics on a drag strip sir

  • @RaneEarendur You're not sitting on the engine FFS , you're just behind it . The engine is under the fake "gas tank " between his arms

  • You definnetly need to spend more then 6.98 to teach this girl that u dont dance dont bounce etc when you're shooting FFS i needed to stop the vid so i can check out the time . You focus on the time after the run so you give the viewers a chance to see the time

  • okay, first - it's a 7 second run. just deal with that.

second - why did you waste 1:40 to show us a 0:07 run?

  • Perfect run.

  • holy fuck you guys! enough with the time descrepancy. That was an incredible run, flawless. That bikes a rocket on wheels! Nice run bro!

  • @Rcknrolr Its not even close of beeing flawless , check the tyre mark on the ground , its as straight as a living snake

  • @motanelustelistu learn to spell before you start critiquing someones comment. Besides, its straight enough to run 6"s in the quarter, thats a fuckin rocket in my book.

  • @madmanehv spoken like a bunch of people who have obviously never made a pass down the dragstrip... and besides, its 5 grade math, signifcant digets, 1.xxxx designates 1 Whole unit or measure, x.0120 designates how much is being caried over towards makeing your second Whole unit measure.... 6.98 IS six seconds, but its NOT seven seconds for another 2 hundreth (.02) of a second...

  • 1:00 Initiating warp speed now.

  • how much cc is that bike???

  • @mdrgstankovic2

    1109cc

  • crazy ass launch id fall....haha

  • beast

  • i think the title means it is the first run under 7

  • @madmanehv who gives a shit...its faaster than you'll ever go

  • Nice run....that is real fast outside of a cage! Good job

  • for everyone that doesnt know they spin the wheels before each run to heat up the tires and make them have more traction. Its not them showing off

  • if that bitch would have got laid last night, she wouldnt be that thrilled to see a bike launch of the line

  • @madmanehv I understand what your saying but they do use the decimals. But that man just ran a 6.98. They would now say he has just ran a 6.9. That would be classed as a high 6 second run.

  • @madmanehv

    0 to 1 second is .00001 to .99999 then 1 to 2 seconds is 1.0001 to 1.9999

  • @riceburner32 even according to your broken logic, it still makes it 7. it is 6.98 on the board.

  • @riceburner32

    and what about 1.0000 ?

  • im with u pick up your feet im only 10 i can do better

  • Wow , Fast

  • the start was so late. could have made that 6.5

  • shit thats effin fast most cars cant even get to 195mph even if you give them hours

  • Umm...video title should probably read "first 7 second run"...unless you yanks round 0.98 down to zero. Otherwise good work...I look forward to a 5.98 run now =)

  • @juspking

I would refer you to earlier replies to this post, on your 21st birthday were you really just 20 with a couple of extra hours?

  • @riceburner32

No...I was 6 with a couple of extra hours =)

  • @riceburner32 Actually the opposite, the day you turn 21 you are in your 22nd year. It's kinda deep.

  • @juspking It is a 6 second run because even though it could be rounded to 7 seconds, it is still 6 whole seconds and in a leaderboard etc it would be under the 6 second category as with all races of all types. Essentially it would be like this: 4.xx seconds, 5.xx seconds, 6.xx seconds.

  • @juspking Well if you're not being facetious... in dragracing they go by the actual whole number... he may have been closer to 7, but the point was he "broke into" the 6 second range...

  • @juspking it's still a 6 secong run, it is in the 6th second that he passes the finish!

  • @all people who replied to me ok ok everyone I'm sorry for all those that were offended or annoyed by my comment. Yes he did indeed break into the 6 second times...and that is truly awesome. I'll be lucky to ever own a vehicle capable of a time that fast. Well done mate...could've picked up another .3 or .4 seconds but. LOL jokes. Good job.

  • @juspking Hey bud, learn a little about racing terms and lingo before posting. A "6 second run" refers to any run in the 6 second range (6.000-6.999). This isn't a grade for school, no rounding in drag racing.

  • @bikinesmiting Even with your simple black and white explanation of what running a 6 second quarter mile is (6.000 - 6.999), they still don't get it! Some of these comments are hilarious, aren't they? I can understand how those who obviously know very little about drag racing would be confused. Many watching this video would say a 6.5 second run is a 7 second quarter mile. Too bad they don't do a bit of research before making their lack of knowledge apparent!

  • @Iflew727 You know, perhaps it is through these sorts of forums that people like myself (yes, with a lack of subject knowledge) learn. Some learn through research, others learn through mistakes. Myself, well I'm part of the latter group. Maybe you should embrace your group and do some "research" before making your lack of brain cells apparent. I learned something by commenting on this video. You said something many were already thinking. What's that saying? Right...thanks, Captain Obvious.

  • holy fucking shit LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • 6, 98 not six lol

  • oh my god that is so sick...

drag racing a bike at 155mph down a race way is 10x times scaryer than sky diving

    ive done both.

  • Dam..

  • yeah thats like saying your dick is an inch longer than it really is thats still fast as hell though

  • kawasaki lets the good times roll....faster then fast...

  • Wish I could get my bike to be 7sec

  • cool nerves of steel

  • I dont get it how are you guys shifting during the drag races if your feet are on pegs and there isnt a gear foot lever? like how did he put it into first gear if his feet are on the ground?

  • @jsu06 they use an airshifter so its all push button or they have an rpm pill in it where it shifts at a certain rpm everytime

  • lol thats a 7sec there sorry but it is

  • SON OF A BITCH thats a FAST bike!

  • gr8 rider, gr8 bike, gr8 vid : )

  • Missile ...freaking fast!!!!!!!!!

  • wtf? keep that camera still.

  • ZX11 Powa!!!!

    \

  • I remember going to moroso in WPB when I was a kid and watching a bike called "super bike Mike." it made the quarter in 6.0 flat. that was 30 years ago.

  • Obviously some of you don't know/follow drag racing- there is no rounding up it ain't 4th grade math class... when you go under a time it's called "breaking into": i.e. a time under 7 seconds it would be called "breaking into the sixes"... nice job even if it the tape is 13yrs old now!

  • if it was 7 it was say 7. lol its a 6 sec pass noobs

  • Comment removed

  • reminds me of star wars

  • damn... takes my skinny white ass forever to run 1/4 mile

  • the chick with the camera sounds like she would go ORF in the sack. lol.

  • where are the fire burn marks? you def went back a couple years in the past :D

    sweet bike

  • Never give the camera to a woman.. they always miss the last part.. :(

  • Do you peg it all the way to rev limiter for launch?

  • 0.40....clutch drop....like shagging a fit bird....you know when its in...fat birds it feels different...lol

  • แรงสัส

  • Jesus Murphy how the hell did the driver keep is so straight...

  • Hey leave here allone. You know nothing bout drags.. It is a 6 baby

  • shut up biatch

  • Stupid people...6.98 is a 6 seconds run in drag racing. Not that hard to understand...get back to the Burger King dummies :) Great run...I will never have the balls to ride a bike like that 5*

  • Umm in drag racing once you break into another number such as 6.98 you get to say your in the 6's better to say high 6 second run but anyone into drag racing knew it was going to be a sub 7 second pass in the 6 second range... Noobs

  • notice the 6.98

  • Nice...fast bike ;)

  • Yes..NEVER take your feet of the pegs...you will flip your bike or lose control and wreck....and a bike that fast would cause serious damage to you and your bike

  • HOLY SHit that thing is fast ....driver has big golden balls

  • shit yeah

  • 6s is still 6s.

it takes a huge power force to move up .1 sec.

  • It's convention to call it 6 when you're in the 6's. Don't like it? Round your own numbers up and be slower than everyone else for a rhetorical reason then.

  • Now that is fast!

  • Crikey! That was heroic!
