Ickey Woods, perhaps the greatest "Flash in the Pan" I ever saw, up there with the likes of Tony Mandarich, Jim Everett, Christian Okoye, and Dan Majkowski. I think his 1988-1989 "Ickey Shuffle" was the precursor to all of Chad Johnson's antics.
