a) The webpage you used as the source for this info clearly says he's in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, which is a forensic unit in Los Angeles. Nowhere does it say Patton State Mental Hospital.

The only way this man will be released will be when the U.S.. is in a full blown revolution.
