  • I wish there were a cure for cellulite. I exercise regularly, eat healthy and still have it on the back of my thighs. Also, I'm a size 0-2 and not overweight at all but I notice it.

    Anyone have success getting rid of cellulite??  If so please share.

  • I did this twice back to back and since I'm familiar with the routine, I walk or jog when Cassie is talking during the exercises to increase intensity.

  • I'm doing your routines every day now and I can definitely feel the difference in my body. I do it at night though and since I live in an apartment, I always worry about my neighbours hearing the thumping HAHAHA especially during the burpees! But thanks so much Cassey!!!!

  • @iBrendaaah To avoid pissing off my neighbors downstairs, I did most of the routine in socks on my padded yoga mat. it absorbs the shock better and thus is less noisy.

  • @xPunkway no, definitely not! make sure you eat before you workout if you feel light-headed especially after a tough workout. you'll need all the energy you can get.

I think my muscles are still there haha theyre just under some belly and thigh fat, whats the best workouts to get rid of that fat, quickly?   • I am in love with all of your videos! You are so amazing :) I was wondering.. Can you space out the number of times you do this workout? Like once in the morning, once in the afternoon, etc. Or would it have to be continuous for it to actually benefit you?

  • At my height and weight (5'3", 110lbs) this video burns around 50-53 cals. That might be a good guideline for others who really want to know how many calories this vid burns.

  • @EMROARIFIC I'm guessing because we all have different metabolism speeds to burn Fat so their's really no exact number of Calories which is why she probably never answers that question. But it shouldn't matter as long as you eat healthy & do the Cardio workouts right :)

  • @EMROARIFIC Okay, if you really wanna know how much you burn, go to caloriecount and type in your weight, height, and whatever else they ask you and choose cardio circuit or something like that for activity. or interval training. that will tell you how many cals you burn. it is dependent on how hard YOU work and how much YOU weigh.

  • @EMROARIFIC Why don't you buy a calorie counter watch thingie? One that lets you puts in your information and gives you an estimate.

    I doubt everyone goes at the same pace, which means less calories are burned by someone who takes breaks between every exercise than someone who went all out.

  • @lilmissyellO i would suggest cardio because i know from personal experience with basketball and stuff.....we would always prefer to do weights and conditioning after we did our sprints and 10 minute jogs because it makes it harder to move. but whatever suits you!

    Do you have to do this with tennis shoes? My only pair is super dirty from running in the mushy half-melted snow, and so I don't wear them inside.... can I just do this barefoot or would that be bad for me?

  • I have another Question. How often should I do Cardio & this ? I'm trying to remain my weight w/ out putting anything on. The cardio i'm using is "Hip Hop Abs: Fat Burning Cardio Level 2". And I do this every other day. So how often do both?

  • i love it! i don't understand everything when you talk fast because i'm german =D but i can follow the video very good ;) i was looking for a video like this very long because i know cardio is very important to lose fat, but i heard muscle building workouts are important too because muscles burn fat even when you sleep. is this true?

  • I do this exercise everyday together with the legs and thighs pop pilates. And i can see the result! But, i want to target my inner thighs. But the fats in there won't go away. :( Help?

  • @mkviolabass Results will come quicker if you eat healthy diet too. Cut out 3500 cals a week and you lose 1lb a week. Best to do this thru a combination of diet n exercise!

  • @blogilates But doesn't eating 3500 Calories a week men you only eat 500 Calories a day? That sound very unhealthy b/c I from I heard eating under 1000 calories a day actually slows down your metabolism o .o

  • @Hottie0926 did i say that? if i did, i meant you need to burn 3500 cals a week so that's cutting 500 cals out of your diet or burning it from exercise a day. your total cal intake for the day should be in the 1200-2000 cal range.

    I just wanted to tell you that you're a LIFESAVER! I'm a really busy student who in-between school and my social life barely have time for exercise, but your videos are short but yet tough, and best of all, your enthusiasm shines through and really keeps me going even on days when I'm really tired. I do this exercise almost 6 times a week (though I vary with some of your other videos), and I would therefore love to see more cardio. Thanks A LOT - keep up the amazing work!!

  • Burpees?...I thought I made up that exercise...lol. They're no joke...there ain't nothin' to say after you're done doing them. That's the kind of exercise where you say "Don't even look at me, cause I might hit you!"...lol. They're tough.

I haven't done this workout yet (I have a ton of cardio workouts already) but I may try it one day. Speaking as a guy, I owe 25% of my arms, legs and butt to you.
