Plus Sprittle is the "straight man" for the professors. And Speed Jr is the "straight man" for Connor, Lucy, and Rex.

This show is the most awesomness no matter what. I hope they don't change speed, connor, lucy, or chim chim in this episode. Chim Chim is my favorite of all of the character's... this video earns five stars and this is being added to my favorites :D :). Thanks for this upload GoSpeedRacer2008. I will like this show forever and if they cancel this show I'll go to the television station and threaten them to put the show back on and make it the same as always speed, lucy, connor, and chim chim!!!!*

For example voice Actress Janet Waldo has done: Judy Jetson, Penelope Pitstop, and Princess(from Battle of the Planets) and in each cartoon character she sounds the same. so the Guy who did Headmaster Spridal didn't sound like Speed Racer from the orginal show.

well, think about it. the origanals were done over 40 years ago. peter ferdanez (the guy who u r talking about) was probably about 20 when he did the origs, becuz speed was 18 years old. hes an old man now, so, of course, his voice has changed. it doesnt sound like speed racer becuz hes not trying to sound like him, and he probably cant imitate an 18 year old now, when he's like, 65 years old.

what do u expect them to do? make a banrd-new new one 2 look just exactly like the old one???? no. they get a pic that was already there. nobody would draw speed exactly like he was now, when they could just use that one.

That still isn't right. It is possible to recreate a new one and in a different pose. Because they used the picture from the original, it feels very very out of place. The style is different from AC's horrible "drawing style" which fails. Honestly, I think Animation Collective seems like a bunch of amateurs. No below amateurs. The Wachowski brothers could've gotten Tatsunoko to do it but noooooo, it had the be the one who made Kappa Mikey. I mean, WTF!

i have 2 admit, with the 3-d stuff they have in this show, and the old incredibly horrible animation they had back then, just doesnt go with eachother.

You can't really call the 1966 animation horrible. I have to admit also, that it's better than what Animation Collective can pull despite being animated in 1966 and not that well. I mean, we're living in 2008 where even "3-D" can look like 2-D with 2-D. The Old speed racer has a good excuse for its crappy animation. Animation Collective...well, they can't have an excuse for the horrible animation. But that's just me saying stuff like that.
