@adamvalo12 Great Question! I took screen shots from the music videos and online photos of the box head. I measured the width of my friends shoulders to give me a reference point and then I put the images into AutoCAD and scaled the images to the correct reference size (my friends shoulders being the baseline). From there I could get the dimensions of everything. Of course if the ACTUAL shufflebot has bigger or smaller shoulders than my friend - there will be some error in size.

@roberthedrick1 117,000 views later and I was wondering when someone would catch that! Good eye! Here's some behind the scenes: That was Shufflebot Head # 001. The mouth was a little too big and the eyes not 100% correct and I had not decided what I would do about the ears... the one I make in the video and is shown at the end... that is Shufflebot Head # 002... much improved. Shuffle Bot heads # 003 through 010 were even better and I'm glad the folks that have them love them!

PS- I did the head and I didn't find a box like that so find a box that fits your head and make the adjustments

@jagungbusuk If you have the same LED's you'll need to use roughly the same diameter tubes. The tubes need to be around 4" in diameter plus or minus a little. The best way to see what size you need to to measure the length of the LED, then size your tube to give you the ability to support the LED. Too big and the LED will fall out. Too small and you won't be able to see the yellow. I hope that helps! Good luck!
