Well im getting my information from Military History Quarterly. They did an article about Mao Zedong. It covered him as a military leader and politician. Pretty interesting and brilliant person, even though he committed attrocities. He helped the North Koreans because he felt threatened when the US lead army pushed the N. Koreans to the boarder with China and we were affraid he wouldve done the same if we had done the same to the North Vietnamese.

The TU-95 is not the one that will bring the nuke...but its a good way to show that they are aktiv, and do not sleep. And the Tu-95 isn´t used as a bomber anymore...it´s only used a a radar, or submarine hunter.

Come on guys, enough nationalistic nonsense. Some may argue that the Tu-95 is old, but so is the B-52. The reason they are kept in service is because the design works. They are both viable aircraft. Also, Russia and the U.S are no longer in a Cold War, stop wishing we were.

Tu-95 is long range cruise missile platform. It's not come closely to fighter jet interceptors(during combat mission, except training). "Bear" can nuke you with cruise missile from the safe distance hundreds miles before it can be detected or intercepted.
