Lol I don't think anyone did. they did close the road though. My dad got this footage. He works for the local electric company. This was just a down power line laying on a fence, and it kept getting contact and losing it and that is why in the video you see it kinda going in and out.
Thousands of amps of fault current into a fence certainly does make for electric hell!
