  • i <3 you Jen ;) I love a lady that can speak car talk.

  • What I mean is what model our part number(s) for carb vehicles would I need and where would it hook up to? Thanks

  • Just baught a 700r4 to swap out my th350 on my 65. what do I need to run the lock up. Ie. What does it connect to if don't have an ecu?

  • @MegaChevy65 Our 376600 lockup kit doesn’t need an ECU. It’s a standalone kit that provides torque converter lockup with a switched 12V source. The stock ECU normally regulates this on factory vehicles.

  • what rear gears was used in the video, kinda high rpm for overdrive?

  • my 700r4 will not lock up until unless i hold it like half throttle and it gains speed. if i let off a little it goes outa lock up and jumps up 300 rpm

  • @steveandant Check vacuum settings, or make sure you have enough vacuum and that the line is not leaking or pinched.

  • you say the kit is fully adjustable...how is that? different pressure switches?

  • @stratdude83 The vacuum switch is adjustable to allow for sooner or later lockup based on throttle response.

  • I love you Jen Lee!!!!

  • I bought the kit that uses a pressure switch that screws on the outside of the accumulator. do you have a vid with any help issues on that system?

  • is that a 700r4 in the rpm demonstration? if so what motor is it behind?

  • I've been searching for something concise for a DIY-er about what a lockup is, why I would want one, and what degree of difficulty I'm getting myself into if I buy one. Excellent video!

  • @kirk211 We are very glad that this information helped. Thanks for watching! Make sure to take a look at our other videos on our channel, I'm sure you will find them educational as well.

    All the best,

  • @kirk211 To further answer your question, the lock-up kit isn't too hard to install, just be sure to follow the instructions carefully and you should be fine. Thanks for watching!

  • thanks alot u r a big help

  • @85typet You're very welcome.
