Face/off with John Travolta and Nicolas Cage, Bad Actors

Aside from the logistics of trading bodies in a physical way...(I mean, an action movie about body switching? REALLY?)...The action scenes are weak. The "acting" especially cage is awful and overdone. The movie is 20 minutes too long. The boat chase was completely unnecessary...how do you have a shootuot in a confined space and NO ONE GETS SHOT! were did they go the C.O.B.R.A. school of shooting...THE SLOW MOTION DOVES! COME On! REALLY?REALLY!...really.....

i agree, the weakest part of this movie were the 2 leads. especialy if uve watchd john woo's original asian movies, and chow-yun fat.

Nothin horrible, and still one of John Woo's best and a great flick but i think the actin in this was overrated and was its weakest aspect.

It actually pisses me off that people say Nic Cage and John Travolta are bad actors. It makes me think that you guys who say this haven´t really followed their careers from the start but only seen very little of their work. I mean sure both actors have been in some bad movies but that really does not mean they are bad actors.Travolta and Cage are in my opinion two of the greatest actors of our time and Face Off is definitely one of the best action movies ever made.
