  • FUCK THIS Im gonna go live in Space. I might be alone but at least i'll be away from all these crazy fucks trying to blow themselves up

  • @Powercreated0606 Russia has the power to launch 3,821 Nuclear warheads at the same time. Well if there is a nuclear war, nothing will survive in the first place ;D

  • Jews want a war. KILL EM ALL!

  • but will it blend

  • its giving people ideas

  • If there is a world war 3, the world is going to end....

  • @leewonyoung100 IF!?!??? OF Course there will be a WW3 No DOUBT ABOUT THAT!

  • God help us all.

  • Nuclear weapons..."Eventually, we will help you kick that nasty habit of living but feel free to crouch under a table."

  • what the fuck do you need 5000 nuclear bombs for? even if you were at war, assuming you were stupid enough to use them, WHY THE FUCK DO YOU NEED SO MANY????????

  • the only problem I have with this is that the REP of Ireland is not a part of the UK.. 1/5 of the country is apart of the UK

  • thumbs up for south africa

  • Israel does NOT have 200 active warheads, those figures are as made up as unicorns... Also, South Africa is no longer counted as a nuclear power, so F off GOOD, you suck.......

  • @Ghostsofascalon Israel possesses from 75 to as many as 400 nuclear weapons. Israel is also reported to possess a wide range of different systems, including neutron bombs, tactical nuclear weapons and suitcase nukes aswell as biological warfare and chemical warfare capabilities.

  • @RoosterG33rs I love how you say "Israel possesses". I guess you're some top CIA guy with access to classified information, 'cause as far as to the us normal people's knowledge, we don't know if Israel has any nukes. The Vela Incident, and the satellite images of missile silos do indeed hint at their nuclear capabilities, however we have no confirmed information on this subject, and the Jews themselves don't say anything. So tell, how can you know with certainty? I'd like to know.

  • @Ghostsofascalon well I'm not even a U.S.A citizen so your CIA theroy is very unlikely and I like how you just assume that I am from the U.S.A. the numbers of nuclear bombs isreal has is just an estimated statistic based on their nuclear capability so you cant say definetily Israel has less than 200 active warheads. Also the comment was not intended to assault you I just ment to inform you.

  • @RoosterG33rs Never once did I say that I believe you're a US citizen, the CIA comment was highly sarcastic, but as always the internetz fail to understand to concept of sarcasm... *sigh*. Also, the whole point of my comment was to inform you that ISRAEL HAS NO CONFIRMED NUCLEAR CAPABILITIES. So, sorry to say but you sir, are horribly miss-informed.

  • BAD: Nuclear Weapons

  • STOP. Ireland is not apart of the UK, get your geography right!

  • This was 2007 mind you

  • S. Africa RULEZ!

  • and the nederlands allso have nucular weapons read it on wikileaks

  • It won't surprise me if some politicians start arguing then they send nukes at eachother and in 3 hours: BAM NUCLEAR WINTER EVERYONE WILL HAVE 4 HANDS OR BE DEAD.

  • good magazine makes pretty videos with no substance :s 'what can you do about it?' good magazine doesn't have a fucking clue apparently but they can come up with some nice meaningless figures !!!

  • Thanks to this video, I know Ratatat.

  • Great video, I love it. I mean, it's perfect coordinated with the music theme (also the theme is awesome). I see what you did there, perfect.

  • And that's if it was only a 150- Kiloton bomb. An average are 10-Megatons.

  • @imaterminator Yeah and the biggest nuke is about 50 megatons.

  • Summary of the 2010 Nuclear Posture Review : "we want to nuke Iran".

  • Wth is up with ppl. Yeah nuclear weapons are soooo awesome they make a big boom and lots of light and the silos look so damn professional and shiny and... STUPID KIDS wait until one blows u up or kills ur close ones, wait until u come home one day just to find out that a war has started and the entire city u spent ur life in doesnt exist. Then raise kids with additional limbs that die to cancer before they hit 10. Morons...

  • @MyKuroo I couldn't have said it better myself.

  • @MyKuroo Sounds like someone doesn't stand how radiation or how arms treaties work.

(p.s.: if you wish to be taken seriously in the future, try not to accost someone's intelligence, yet insist on using acronyms such as "u" and "ppl".)

  • @CaptainZETTA If you want me to take you seriously go and find out the difference between stand and understand. Damn educated, i just make my writing easier, u actually lack basic English... And No way has a human ever broken an arms treaty. Noooo way. Oh wait beside the fact that they did. And radiation works like that= get the fuck away from it. Its common sense for most people. If it wasn't wed be making holiday resorts near nuclear plants.

  • RATATAT!!!

  • i want NASA to find my wheatley

  • @JumpRunnerS XD portal

  • Oh yeah,By the way Thanks for telling any possiible threats to homeland secuirty what a nuclear blast on NYC would do. Good job.

  • @XxUnholySoulxX There's safety through fear. It's the same principle that if you give everyone a gun, gun-related deaths will go down

  • @CaptainZETTA Youre so full of knowledge i see. And who gives everyone a gun? USA. Where do most people die to guns? USA. Actually its a bit lower, right on par with some African countries troubled by war. This is no lie, its statistics, google it. Yeah kinda against ur thinking. I know so betrayed gonna now blame the blacks or the mexicans or something just coz u love ur guns and ud love everyone to die to them.

  • @MyKuroo Contrary to what Texans believe, not everyone owns a gun; in fact, media has taught people that guns should be feared and avoided. As such, there are quite a lot of anti-gun activists in the United States. With fewer people carrying a concealed weapon, a person with criminal intent garners the mentality that he is unlikely to face resistance.

  • @MyKuroo

Now, let's move onto a metaphorical country where conceiled weapons are mandatory and require yearly training to make sure you can use firearms correctly and as accurately as possible. Now, in a country where everyone you see owns a firearm, would you be willing to rob a convienince store? Didn't think so. Branching off from there, for such a country to exist it would need two things: 1)more gun training facilities, and 2)extensive firearm production.

  • @MyKuroo The former point leads to an an icrease in jobs available for people, and the latter leads a higher rate of gun purchases. Both of these create a boost in the economy. I mean, seriously, helping the country and giving it's people the tools and knowledge to proctect themselves. Sounds pretty horrible to me. Oh, that was sarcasm, by the way.

  • @CaptainZETTA So how do you explain that it kills more than it helps. Theres no explanation to being a greedy fucker. Obv the people that live in bad areas are the ones to die and the last to benefit from that economy.

  • @CaptainZETTA Ok im not gonna even bother anymore, go have your gun, one day pull it out and feel like a hero defending whatever there is to defend against some people and get shot in the head. Violence gives birth to violence, holding a gun is the very reason why one would hold one against you, otherwise why risk a life in jail. Also id love to see you getting attacked outside by someone with a gun, think of this post while hes pissing on ur face.

  • @MyKuroo So..What your saying is you can't think of any negative benefits to my solution and wish death upon me for it. Cool beans, dude. I also like how you have no idea how humans interact with other humans beyond what you've learned from the news. It's just choc-full of bias towards shock value to gain ratings; not about the whole truth. Just like history textbooks. It plays heavily on the whole "good vs evil" aspect. Winners decide what went down.

  • @CaptainZETTA The point is there, dont let people die so the few can be rich. And its not the rich that will live in areas where everyone can overdose drugs and shoot them for no reason. Ur the one trying to undermine statistics, how do u explain that the US has as many gun related deaths as African countries troubled by war? And like 20 times that of countries that do not allow the sale of guns?

  • @MyKuroo I like how you compare the US to an entire continent of troubled, underdeveloped countries. How about I give a more reasonable example: Britain. The average amount of violent crimes in Britain per year is 1,158,957. As of 2010, Britain had a population of 62,262,000. For the US, however, in 2010 we had 1,246,248. However, we have a population of 308,745,538.

  • @CaptainZETTA underdeveloped countries? I wonder where you got that lol. prob shud try getting some education there, while ur at it try looking at Asia too, ull be surprised that they're far ahead of the US too. Ur a really sick person. Having sex with the damn guns. tho uve an amazing ability to talk bullshit. Very boring tho. Uneducated american. Bad dog. sit. haha

  • @MyKuroo Wow, dude. You sure are good at skipping important details when it's inconvenient for you. It's almost like you've lost the ability to read. Seems like you need better schooling as well. PS: you misspelled "you're", "you've", "Though", forgot to capitalize America and several sentences. Also, you compared us to an entire continent again. Nice one~.

  • @MyKuroo Haha you're the one to talk.

  • Now here's the kicker: It's illegal to own a firearm in Britain. Yet police need to carry SMG's to suppress riots. In the 1900's people could own firearms, and violence was so low that bobbies seldom carried a gun themselves. Coincidence? I think not.

  • @CaptainZETTA Understand the difference between police and the citizens. It is the very fact that firearms were banned that allowed police to suppress the riots. Can you even imagine the disaster that would happen if all those animals that already wrecked the place with nothing else than their hands had actual firearms? Really.... And do not mention Britain as an example, they have 30 times less deaths to guns than the US. Coincidence?

  • @XxUnholySoulxX As if anyone who planned an attack on NYC with nuclear weapons wouldn't know that.

  • The title says GOOD,Nuclear weapons.. So there good?

  • Peace is boring, bland, unchallenging and leads to stagnation. War is full of opportunities and is the biggest incentive for technological development

  • @WarmongerWW3 sadly true

  • @WarmongerWW3 u should die. i hope u plan to join cuz people wont die for you.

  • @WarmongerWW3 Peace is boring? I am having the time of my life in peace, try saying peace is boring when your country is ravaged by conflict, I bet people beg and pray for peace.

  • @WarmongerWW3 this you say as you peacefully surf the internet LOL. You would not bomb your family for a macbook and a tank of gas so how about a little concern for other peoples lives. War is the reason America is in debt. A few wealthy people got filthy rich from weapons contracts, free oil, billions stolen from the occupied nations but us middle class citizen you know the funders of these wars haven't seen a dime.

  • @theLement5 Well, I profit from it.

  • @WarmongerWW3 Well all you care about is your profit and you have already made that clear. Your not compassionate, nobel, dignified or courageous. No, Your a 3$ gallon of gas, a diamond mined by a child, a field of poppy plants in Afghanistan protected by U.S. troops, a federal reserve note.

  • @WarmongerWW3 Peace is boring????? if you want to kill people just play video games..... Plus do you think the possible BILLIONS OF DEAD PEOPLE REALLY WORTH BETTER TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT?

  • we are all different, our cultures show massive differences across the world, and create an amazing paradise across the celestial body we walk on. When it comes to nuclear weapons and war, everyones the same... its all the same, and its horrible.

  • I'll stick with my missiles. They kill their target that is DESIGNATED to.

Nuclear weapons kill not only the target but innocent lives that has nothing to do with the operation at all.

  • @SepticArtPRODUCTIONS Nuclear weapons just have a "dont fuck with me" factor.

  • @Hawaiirealtalk fucknatous then!

  • @Hawaiirealtalk I see what you're talking about, and the proper term for it would be Mutually Assured Destruction Theory. However, based on what occurred in the Cuban Missile Crisis (1962), that theory really falls into a lot of question.

  • @Hawaiirealtalk This is why many countries should have nukes.

  • @WarmongerWW3 You're an idiot.

  • everyone should listen to that ratatat album "classics"

  • good usually puts together decent videos but this just looks like a bunch of clips from the 50's that were stapled together. very retro-cliche. the statistics and the nyc example in the end woke me up, though.

  • peace is not an option

  • @ninja1233198 Finally someone who understands.

  • Thumb up if u still like to watch this video sometimes :)

  • instead of spending money on weapons which are useless! why don't we spend it to sick and starving people..as long as there are no psycho political leaders, everything will be in peace.

  • @potpolima I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if what you're saying is true, then we will indeed never have peace. We always have an idea that the world will somehow bring itself into a state of total peace, but the sad fact is that there will always be nations that have conflicts with one another over some interest, and as long as interests conflict, there will always be war, and with some nations being weaker than others, there will always be corrupt leaders and corrupt government.

  • @potpolima I do agree though that with a stronger focus on humanitarianism rather than on the next weapons development, we can increase the soft power in the world and bring us closer toward a path where peace is much stronger, but there's always going to be conflict among the nations.

  • Russia or rather sig the mighty Soviet Union had over 15,000 Nuklearbombs/missiles and u.s only 6,000

    *Data from 2005

  • The nuclear waste "problem" is absolute bullshit. Everyone in the USA should be driven from Las Vegas to Reno and then lets see them say with a straight face that there's no good place to store the shit. It's beyond stupid...a nearly limitless supply of energy with by far the lowest environmental impact of any souirce and a bunch of i9diots are hamstringing it....bizarre to say the least.

  • @cornskid good point

  • @cornskid You present an interesting, though I feel unrealistic, point of view. You can't just keep burying highly toxic, scalding, radioactive waste in the soil and expect nothing bad to happen. You can't have hundreds of Fukushima power plants and expect a safe environment. There is absolutely no reason to pursue nuclear energy when we have a limitless supply of energy from solar and geothermal. Use that same desert to generate solar energy and our energy problems are virtually solved.

  • @savethewhales1000 Nonsense, do you have any idea how many acres of dessert you'd need to power the United States? Then it would only work during sunny days equates to a 40% duty cycle in the best of times. The waste matterm is also bs. All the nucleatr waste ever created from power generation could be sequestered in a very modestly sized facility....it just doesn't generate very much waste. Fukishima got hit by a 9 earthquake and a 35 foot tsunami and killed....NO-ONE.

  • @cornskid

all i can say is.. brainwashed fool.

lowest environmental impact. are you fucking stupid...

areas affected with radiation can't sustain any kind of life for thousands of years. fucking moron.

it causes deformitys, genetic (DNA) damage. even fucking coal is better than nuclear energy FFS.

don't start on the carbon bullshit.

'oh the potential is small... but we're all fucked if it goes wrong... and it has 2-3 times in 30-40 years.' moron.

smoking crack is also a good idea.

  • @CountCrackulous "areas affected with radiation can't sustain any kind of life" suggest you check out the environment surrounding Chernobyl, wildlife is flourishing there and species that were disappearing due to the encroachment of humanity are making a strong comeback.. Coal dust from power pl;ants kills hundreds of thousands of people per year, minning coal kills an average of 3,000 people worldwide per year. You fear what you do not understand, you're the brainwashed one...fool.

  • I enjoy watching all those 50's nuclear attack videos, e.g. A is for Atom. I can haz links to all those videos?

  • I still dont understand how splitting an atom will make a bigg @$* explosion... :/

  • @TheSpaceBandits *Correct me if I am wrong* I think it is because within atoms such as uranium the forces in the atom together are extremely strong so by splitting you release there energy that they have within

  • I bet this year the nuclear weapons are twice more then this today :O

  • They should have thought over the title saying "GOOD NUCLEAR WEAPONS" because I thought the video was about how nukes are a good thing! LOL

  • Nuclear power (in its human harnessed form) is a double edged sword that is faithful to no one.

    Me.

  • RATATAT (nuclear weapons) + good / o =

    GOD

  • What is the name of the music on this video? Tell me please somebody.

  • @united0resistance Gettysburg by Ratatat

  • @united0resistance Gettysburg by Ratatat its also at the end of the video!

  • @burntfaceman86 thanks ^_^

  • Good Luck!

  • 2035 appofish crash to earth

  • 2025 bigger tonado in north california and tsunami in cuba

    bad to nature

  • 2018 earth quare in thailan.malasia.lao.buma good luck

  • HIGH RADIALOGICAL is kill people 3 month it so bad to nature

  • If Nuclear weapons were never invented we would be in World War 7 by now.

  • @Finestassassin45

    Lucky number 7 though

  • Whats the song?

  • WRONG WRONG WRONG. At 0:30 this video displays that whomever made it has a complete lack of geographic & political understanding. Ireland is a completely sovereign nation not 'the UK' as shown here, Ireland is not even in the 'commonwealth of nations', which Canada & India are part of. Less importantly, WHERE did the footage from 0:16 to 0:20 come from?

  • nuclear weapons = bad in n. korea

nuclear energy = good only in good locations

look at japan, that could of been prevented if that plant wasnt on a fault line

  • @CharlieMacc09 well the north koreans are more of a threat to them selves than to us. So as long as their rocket programs keep crashing in the ocean were a ok (=

  • @punkduckable lol

  • @CharlieMacc09

Knowing North Korea I dont think we should be worried. If they would be determined to blow up someone with a nuke they would probably have to resort to sling shooting it, or delivering it on a truck covered by tarp. In all seriousness their missile would probably blow up on launch, or fall somewhere in the ocean. Those guys are so not technological.

  • @ArtypNk

Only concern I have about NK is that they are in cooperation with Iran, exchanging the weapons grade fissle materials they are producing, as well as any technical discoveries etc.

All the while its Russia supplying them both, and probably sitting back laughing maniacally at the irony of the situation their causing

  • @mdma4life That might be, but Iran is more or less a sane country (compare to other countries in that region) and even the bat shit retarded North Korea haven't done any mad shit for so long now. Maybe it will be fine.

  • nuclear reactor ---> fission=bad

cold fusion ---> fusion = good

  • Is it weapons that are the cause of all this fighting or does the real cause lie within the human heart?.

  • When i see this,i can't believe in god,but i hope all the people, who disliked haven't got the message or will burn in hell

  • thumbs up if you want nasa to mine helium-3 on the moon

  • @Nederfication Because a youtube comment is goign to make that happen

  • @Nederfication Terraria or Minecraft?

  • Soviet or rather say Russia has 16,000 nukes from the count of 2005

  • Nuclear power is great until you have to dispose of tons of radioactive tools, machinery, clothing, construction materials, etc used in building the reactor. Then what happens when you de-commission the reactor? They don't run forever. Gotta find a salt dome somewhere to stash it all for ten thousand years

  • Japon :(

  • I'm probably a sicko, but I think that nuclear explosions are beautiful. Too bad we won't be seeing them any longer, as biological and chemical weapons seem more appealing in terms of war.

  • @jadowity123 many who witnessed the explosions said the same thing. Im fascinated with these bombs. andd chemical weapons have been taboo for a long time now.. especially since VX came on the scene.

  • @jadowity123

hmmm... when it happens somewhere u should get a closer look and then tell us how beautiful it is...:P

  • @malupa I wish I could :-)

  • best good video evar! screened at my scool, got the chills man!

  • 'We in Iran would like to use our nuclear capabilities for ENERGY purposes only...'

  • damn this video is depressing

  • @CrazyIemon actually, i found it useful.. then again, i'm just doing an "Independent Research Project" on nuclear energy, and used some of this for a filler in my presentation

    an interesting filler, though

  • All countries have the right to defend themselves against countries that have nuclear weapons of mass destruction.

  • @WarmongerWW3

What, with their own nuclear weapons on mass destruction? It'll never work.

  • @StretchyGreenFrogs Says the guy from a Nuclear Weapon State (NWS)...

  • @WarmongerWW3

What? I don't live in America...

  • @WarmongerWW3 Just because I'm from a country that has nuclear weapons, it doesn't mean that I support it.

  • @StretchyGreenFrogs true, but at the end of the day you have a nuclear umbrella and "they" don't have and because of this, "they" want a nuclear umbrella as well. The nuclear dilemma is a beautiful art and I'm pretty sure it will end in a spectacular way.

  • @WarmongerWW3 Are you really serious or are you being sarcastic? Because any sort of war can never be good or end well.

  • @StretchyGreenFrogs Poor You!

  • whats the name of the song???

  • Nuclear weapons are the modern words answer to religion.

  • @NateC0le there are new designs for reactors (actually it's the fuel rods that are important) that are meltdown-proof.

  • Oh wow, china has nukes. No need to worry, it's not like anything they make works anyways..

  • @evilmidget95 they don't even have a good Nuclear Plant so how is that possible.

  • @FilipinoCombatArms Did you watch the video? It says they have 200-250 ACTIVE weapons.

  • @evilmidget95 Yep i watched it man i even made a website.

  • @evilmidget95 Lawl did you know this is 4 years? old.

  • how much is too much?

    anything greater than zero.

  • Nuclear Weapons: BAD, but you have to admit, a nuclear explosion is AWESOME!.

Nuclear Energy:AMAZING, but its not clean, nuclear waste is not good for environment, and i nuclear meltdown only 2x the size of Chernobyl could kill 1/10 of all of the world

  • @Spork888 Take a look at Tsar Bomba Video (amazing!) but I still prefer the Little Boy&Fat Man

  • @Spork888: It's a whole lot cleaner than coal is. They just hide that waste disposal problem from the public. Chernobyl positively killed 56 people; no other identifiable deaths or "bumps" in mortality statistics, including hard and soft cancers aside from thyroid cancers or in birth defects, are known. Thyroid cancer deaths (4) are included in the 56; perhaps 4000 people got thyroid cancers but were cured.

  • Name of the song? can't find it.

  • What would the U.S. do? Well, first, we'd figure out who did it. Second, we would send a bigger Nuke over there, to say "Fuck you and your pity attempt to destroy us."

  • People say America dropped 2 Nukes on Japan. We did not! It was Hydrogen bombs!

  • @videomane360 Your a dumbass, The USA dropped 2 nuclear fission devices on japan. (small nukes) If the USA dropped 2 hydrogen bombs on japan there would be no toyota, everyone in japan wouldve been wiped out. Hydrogen bombs are upgraded nukes 100 times more powerful to be exact. get your facts straight kid.

  • @videomane360 Yeah, those are what nukes are. Though hydrogen bombs are fusion devices, the bombs we dropped on Japan were fission. Which is why there's still a Japan.

  • @videomane360 H-bomb IS a nuclear weapon

  • I like how all these country's hate the US but cant invade because of two reasons. One, there is a freaking ocean seperating us and Two, We have nukes.

  • Please somebody can write me what does the girl ask in 2:45? Thanks

  • PEOPLE are useless when THEY are DEAD ... i say some PEOPLE are , and when dead SOME other PEOPLE can still uses THEM for something ... what a sick world . why do a NUCLEAR BOMB if you can do A MARIJUANA bomb , no one CAN shoot right WHEN they are HIGH ... but i m sure they can POST comments ON youtube.

  • Nuclear weapons=BAD

Nuclear ENERGY=Good and clean, but Obama refuses to use it.

  • @CyberPhyco398 Correction Nuclear weapons=Good, Nuclear energy=Good and clean, but Obama refuses to use it.

  • @Redbatray

Did you seriously just say the weapons are GOOD? Do you have any idea what they do to everything in the radius of even all of D.C? They are horrible weapons made for only death.

    ONLY. DEATH.

  • @CyberPhyco398 Yea actualy i did. Nuclear weapons are good because they prevent wars. For example, the cold war didnt turn hot because each side knew that they would destroy each other and nobody would win. Imagine if we didnt have nukes, There wouldve been an all out war between the USSR and the USA. Nukes saved the world, And all you can say is that they are horrible? YOUR AN IDIOT!

  • @Redbatray Well, actually all weapons are BAD.

  • @JuglarEuskaldun How? Humans created weapons, You might as well say that we are all bad, weapons have been around since recorded history.

  • @Redbatray Diseases exist since human exist too, and it doesn't mean they are good.

  • @JuglarEuskaldun humans didnt intentionaly create disease. All im saying is that if we didnt create weapons, we would be living in caves and hunting animals. Weapons modernize the world, even this very computer im typing on has an orgin of being created by the military. war is good

  • @Redbatray How will you like that computer of yours when it's vaporized from a nuclear bomb. Along with the rest of where ever you live. War is good? Nuclear weapons aren't tools of war, they're tools of genocide. War isn't a fucking sword fight anymore. Nuclear weapons will inevitably bring on the end of human civilization. You can only have something like that in the world for so long before someone uses it. And someone else uses it. And then, no one is around to use it.

  • @Mysteryskatin Your not getting my point here, what im trying to say is that no one has used nuclear bombs on a country that has nuclear bombs, NO ONE, EVER! Now let me put it to you this way, nuclear weapons prevent "the end of human civilization" because it forces people to go back a step in killing other people with guns. To think that if nukes were to go away, toxic weapons would instantly replace it, however toxic weapons would be used in war, like WW1. NUKES WILL NEVER BE USED EVER!

  • @Redbatray So Iran need nukes to protect themselves and prevent an invasion.

  • @Redbatray You're wrong again. Do you know how many close calls there were in the Cold War? There were at least two cases in which the order was given to fire nuclear bombs on the United States. In one case, the guy who the order was given to didn't believe the US actually sent nuclear weapons headed to Russia, so refused to send a retaliatory strike. The other case was in 1962. The US cornered a Soviet nuclear sub. The Soviets, thinking the war had started...
