i have seen plenty of sick animals on our farm in new jersey and you would never get this close to a groundhog is he wasnt sick they also will walk up to you if they are sick like this on did to the camera hes disorented and his defence to run away is down so hes verry dangerous i also see he stomach its bloted and thats a sure sighn of rabies boke id stay clear id also think about getting rid of your friend the groundhog if he bites it could meen shots and a hospital stay to someone on the farm
