@JJBrewing yeah I know what you mean......I pointed that out to him in another video. the head and lacing is all "purty" but doesn't mean anything other than MAYBE they used all malt and high alpha hops, OR the thing is full of corn, corn syrup, rice and heading agents.....if he wants head on his homebrew, he should buy some heading powder....it'll be all purty like he likes.

the megabrewers know this and have added cheap grains to the beer ( rice and corn) to screw you, by making a lower cost product.

also the use of high alpha acid hops affects the head.

does it make the beer more tasty?

The scale is absolutely not more accurate if you use grams. Do you know the difference between accuracy and precision? Either way the precision (not accuracy) is the same if you use metric or english.

This is what we call head retention and lacing.

Neither of which has ANYTHING to do with the taste of the beer.

So far, 55 minutes and he's filled up a pot with water, weighed out two grains, and spent 5 seconds crushing them.  But he did do a great job with the scale. Gripping video.
