Go to seers village and climb up the ladder in the southern house to the spinning wheel. Walk west and you should get onto the roof (you might need to go up another ladder).

Im saying this on memory, so dont take me 100% on this, if someone else replies i'd take their word over mine. Its definately the top of a house in seers village though.

Saskay205, I just saw them in concert too. They said She waved. It just sounds like they said shooting. My cousin had a back stage pass for himself and I told him to ask them if it was she waved or shooting. He said they said it was she waved. So yeah...
